As an ex Christian I understand the Muslim and Christian point of view. What really led to my conversion though was the fact when I realized that the Bible had many errors and contradictions to it. When I read Quran it was crystal clear. But I understand both of the thinking of these two men. I still love Jesus pbuh but now as the messenger that Allah sent him to be. In my life, I’ve felt many times that there is almost a familial bond with Muslims. They often feel a softness, almost a love for Christians when we’re talking about our believers. Jewish, often as polite as they are, almost have a belief of superiority. It feels as though they believe I am wrong but do not care enough to help. Also, I’ve noticed that of all of us who are sons of Abraham, Jews and Christians have the most followers who claim their faith and know very little of their faith. Additionally, in America, the ones who hate the Islamic terrorist groups the MOST are Muslims. The Muslim people I have known are avoidant of Jewish people but not Christians. Jewish people I have known always seem to gossip behind a Muslims persons back and are not as friendly to non-Jews when they are with other Jews. Christians, usually are typically the kindest and happiest people or are complete hypocrites. I see Christians trying to save the Jews and Muslims because they believe they have the truth and so have a guilt in their heart knowing the other two are lost. I have seen Muslims try to correct Christians but not necessarily feel that they have a desire to save. I have never seen a Jew try to teach or save. Most importantly, in my entire life I have yet to see a complete hatred of one another for our religious beliefs. This makes me believe that what we see in the media is extremely rare and if those occurrences are becoming more common, it is because we are over exposed and thus desensitized to it.

As an ex Christian I understand the Muslim and Christian point of view. What really led to my conversion though was the fact when I realized that the Bible had many errors and contradictions to it. When I read Quran it was crystal clear. But I understand both of the thinking of these two men. I still love Jesus pbuh but now as the messenger that Allah sent him to be. In my life, I’ve felt many times that there is almost a familial bond with Muslims. They often feel a softness, almost a love for Christians when we’re talking about our believers. Jewish, often as polite as they are, almost have a belief of superiority. It feels as though they believe I am wrong but do not care enough to help. Also, I’ve noticed that of all of us who are sons of Abraham, Jews and Christians have the most followers who claim their faith and know very little of their faith. Additionally, in America, the ones who hate the Islamic terrorist groups the MOST are Muslims. The Muslim people I have known are avoidant of Jewish people but not Christians. Jewish people I have known always seem to gossip behind a Muslims persons back and are not as friendly to non-Jews when they are with other Jews. Christians, usually are typically the kindest and happiest people or are complete hypocrites. I see Christians trying to save the Jews and Muslims because they believe they have the truth and so have a guilt in their heart knowing the other two are lost. I have seen Muslims try to correct Christians but not necessarily feel that they have a desire to save. I have never seen a Jew try to teach or save.
Most importantly, in my entire life I have yet to see a complete hatred of one another for our religious beliefs. This makes me believe that what we see in the media is extremely rare and if those occurrences are becoming more common, it is because we are over exposed and thus desensitized to it.
