Heard this song for the first time in YEARS and came to UA-cam to listen to it.
2:33 brought me absolute chills, I had literal goosebumps. I forgot about them singing “keep me on your radar” it used to be my favourite part of the song so hearing it brought instant chills
The music is TRANCE, look into it, best of the EDM type, melodic, uplifting and energetic!
This isn’t anywhere near trance. I’d probably say electro house as was the trend at the time of release or even big room but nah this really isn’t trance

This IS a pop tune over a trance type track. Benny Ceca’s on it.

Probably about as big as it was? This song was on the radio constantly (especially Capital FM)... all... the time... for about 2 years after it was released. Anybody who would've liked it will have heard it lol.
There were about 200 other songs very similar to this out at the same time. Tinchy Stryder - You're Not Alone, Chris Brown - Beautiful People, Snoop Dogg - Sweat, Rihanna - Only Girl, Nicki Minaj - Starships, Dizzee Rascal - Holiday, Enrique Iglesias - I like It, LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem, Tinie Tempah - Miami 2 Ibiza, David Guetta - Turn Me On, Calvin Harris - I'm Not Alone, JLS - She Makes Me Wanna, and soooooooooo many others.
My point is it doesn't sound very impressive when it sounds the same as all the other big songs.

So much to love about this song and video. The costumes, cinematography editing and choreography come together fantastically. I love the cut to the group shot for “so keep me on your radar” it’s where the song goes to a whole new place.
I liked The Saturdays, I only wish they had done more songs like this and that they got more recognition, I think in this day and age they’d be massive and probably a lot more of a global act.

Literally one of the best pop songs of all time. Everything about is perfect. It should have been number one, but still if this comes on in a club now everyone goes crazy.
this is one of my favourite songs from this amazing group. something that i think was really unique about them was how different not only their voices were but also their visuals and all of them absolutely stunning each in a different way, you don't see this every day

The same thing happened with The Pussycat Dolls when Don't Cha featuring Busta Rhymes didn't go to Number One only as far as Number Two because Maria Carey's "We Belong Together" was Number One. If Don't Cha went to Number One in The US, Nicole Scherzinger would have made history by going to Number One Twice with Two Different Girl Groups. Them and Eden's Crush (Popstars US).

It kicked the door for every Musical Reality Show from The Voice, The Idol Franchise, The "Talent" Franchise & of course The X Factor. It started in New Zealand in 1998 when Five Little Girls were watching The Spice Girls On TV and talked about how cool it would be to have a Group "Popular" if not "Like" The Spice Girls. The First Popstars Group was Truebliss (New Zealand) Bardot (Australia) then A Co-Ed Group called Scandalous, in the UK it was Hear'Say, Sugar Jones (Canada). The most successful of the Franchise was Girls Aloud 2002-2013 who had 21 Top Tens, Four Number Ones, Six Platinum Albums. They also went to Number One with A Duet with another Girl Group The Sugababes whose biggest hit was "Too Lost In You" written By Diane Warren. Popstars no longer exists but in England it was a Show that folks watched faithfully on Saturday Night. Also keep in mind that while The Boy Band/Girl Group Market ended around 2002, in The UK there's always a Market. Eden's Crush represented The US and while it was Filmed in 2000, it only was broadcasted in 2001 on The WB now known as The CW.

I found it very difficult to warm to All Fired Up when it first premiered as it was such a drastic departure in sound for them, but now three years on I can really appreciate how incredible it was/is! Only The Saturdays could pull off this form of dance pop, what other girlband could've nailed this sound?

Very that. The On Your Radar was pretty different from the pop they made in their previous albums, but it has quite a few of the songs I still listen to regularly: this, Notorious, Faster, My Heart Takes Over, Get Ready Get Set, Wish I Didn't Know. Still love the Sats!

This is THE best song by a girl group ever. Even though the lyrics are repetitive but that's the point. The minimalism of the song is what makes it. It's just like how We Found Love is a great song even though the lyrics are redundant. Like no other song by any other girl group has left me in awe after like this one. #TeamSats
