OF COURSE if you make someone listen to classical music only a few minutes before testing when their whole life they've only listened to standard music, the affect will only be temporary!!!! Do you SERIOUSLY expect me to believe that makes it evidence to the contrary ???? If anything the fact that it only took a minute or so to have what amazing affect it did, proves that it absolutely has a *profound* affect on your mind. Saying the music doesn't work because it didn't instantly turn you into Nicola Tesla is almost equivalent to a 500 pound man eating a single carrot and being distraught because he didn't turn into spiderman overnight.
listen man, i like classical music i listen to chopin on like a daily basis and i can 100% say that it does not have any profound affect on my mind, at least not an affect that is unique to the genre. the feeling i get when i listen to great classical music is the same feeling i get when i listen to great music of any genre. and thats perfectly fine. classical music doesnt have to be some life-changing magical thing for me to enjoy and love it, for me to appreciate the brilliance of their composers. me listening to classical music doesnt make me any smarter, it just means i like classical music thats my take at least.
@@peterjohnson11655 If it doesn't affect you then you're either listening to the wrong stuff, or it works and you just don't know it because your already smart, or you're one of those dead zambified fools with no inner expression worth a damn. You're not just listening to the music, you're also doing something that fucks it up like watching dumb nonsense or listening to some other dumb shit. If something else isn't countering its effects it works because it gives you clear inspiration without the carrying on and wacky stuff found in normal music '''if it should even be called normal''. You also still have to listen before working, that rule isn't magically taken away.
They're trying to justify the redundant pop-music radio stations spew out every day. Good job, but it's still wrong. Some music is better than other music, and there are objective ways to prove so, such as the simplicity of lyrics etc.
Precisely, the cutest part of this video wasn't even the guinea pigs it was that their arguments about music where so futile that it disproved itself as soon as it exited their mouth! I am of course being sarcastic in a slightly metaphorical sense as there is nothing truly cute about mans ignorance.
It's nice of Brett and Eddy to take time out of their 40 hour practice day to feature in this series.
Linda, PLEASE STOP BEING SO CUTE!
