Topping a 100ft Oak for felling

Next time I'm gonna remove all limbs below my rigging line, we were trying to beat the rain that was about to come and cut only what we needed to drop it. The boss performed the face cut and started the back cut and then allowed me to finish the back cut so he could pull with the truck.
