DC Universe Online Feat: FANBOY - Robin
GOTHAM:
Robin will spawn in one of the locations in the video, follow the flight path and you will spot him. Should you not find him on your first tour around Gotham. Restart the route or go look for one of the others in the feat, only to come back later and find Robin.

Hi They All Spawn in the Locations shown in the Video, however people have commented that during the Whitching Hour Event, they have been nowhere to be seen. Somebody did notify the Devs of the game. We can only encourage you to keep trying or head over to Metropolis and find the Iconics there. The locations are the right ones, on all the Iconics so keep checking back. Happy Hunting
