Why NICHING down backfired and how you can avoid it

I work in IT, and its so much male dominated 😢, I struggle so much 😢. so please focus a video completely on how to emotionally handle this situations.
Also with UA-cam and instagram you never know. I have seen worse videos getting promoted and also seen lots of videos like yours where the subscribers is low but you guys have amazing content

I probably want to know more about how to be more emotionally mature in your job. Lets say you have toxic colleagues, or you workplace is very stressful as they don’t hure more people etc etc
