    Sir there are other few side effects i have faced
    A)physical side effects
    1) i started doing ratri dhyan i lost the habbit of changing direction in sleep that usualyl develops from childhood and caused stiffness in my back.
    B)Mental side effects
    1)I did not gave too much priority on observing self but i have developed an emptiness in which i does not feel anything due to that i become very ignorant to life and started to feel that i become detached from this physical world. It spoiled my years.
    2) during my these imaginations i started to read books i felf myself a intellectual person who is very spritual and know lots of things. But i went very far from myself.
    Finally i came to understand that we can create things in our mind according to our level and the only powerful tool is to observe myself and understand my action reactions.
    I have special love for you sir. Now my imagination is my tool not the source of deception.

      yes now my life is changed.Solving a mental problem is not just an answer to a question. Because mind is energy and words are leaves floating on it. Knowledge can not come from words but your words can hint about what is the direction of your energies know your words. Watch your breathe.

    Sir,
    Each and every point of yours is so true. I have also experienced almost everything what you mentioned and it must have been actually the moment when I expected nothing, when I got Zenyoga video of yours and instantly I wanted to join your course.
    And your words are still ringing in my ears ki just keep following the videos and thanks to you Sir, I also feel that I am now growing since these last 6 months.
    Those 20 years experiences which I had were necessary to make me understand Zenyoga. A poor person like me(not in terms of money) who has been working very hard lifelong has now got Aladdin ka chirag in form of Zenyoga.
    I am so so grateful to you Sir.

    I have faced depression from 4 month. I had been meditation around 1 year. I had been doing inner sound meditation. While i was doing meditation, that time, it seemed to be very good, experience so many things and peace of mind, but, when i bored from meditate regularly. When i tried to leave,it seemed to be ,my mind wasn't accept to leave meditation , the reason of behind, i addicted.... Now , i want to start again .but, sometime i afraid, ... What should i do?

      @@yashsingh980 i know that. I had been meditate around from 1 year. And i took the spirituality so seriously. But, i got so many results from meditation. I didn't want to leave. But, somewhere, i did wrong thing which depressed to me. Starting of the lockdown, i felt depressed. I leaved the meditation. After that , i slowly slowly increased my depression. I know . I know . That decision was wrong for me. Now, I'm feeling sometime depressed. Why i did like that. I want to start meditation. But, past memories, depressed to me.
      Please help to me
      How to deal with this situation?
      I was stuck in overthinking.
      When i was doing meditation
      I got so many results
      I healed my myself

    9:33 kya sir Bhagwan ke prati Slavery sahi hai
    Agar galti se Bhagwat geeta ya koi aur pavitra book ya bhagwan ki moorti pe pair touch ho jata hai to bhot galat lagta hai.

    Sir mai 2 saal se meditation kr liya...to maine gyaan bhairaw tantra..or astawakra geeta pdi...or budh ka dhampad bhi pada...to maine kaafi maargon se bheeter jane ki kosish kri....iss chakkr mai ek bar itna dukhi ho gya tha ki kya btau m rota he jara tha bina bt k....par usk bad bhi mai krta gya.tb relex to mil gya par mai kamjor pad gya hu ab .....or wajan ghtta jara kya kru kuch btao sir?

    Hey I'm been having meditation side effects from the past two months and they are severe i can't sleep without feeling dizzy and faint can't eat without feeling dizzy and faint can't go on a car ride without feeling dizzy sometimes i get feelings that are dark and feel like I've did a big mistake of trying to be mindful without working out on the basic structure of self with a terrible routine and a terrible mind i started meditating which caused me this, i would be grateful if anyone hear tells me how to recover from it. I get panic attacks too

    I was laying down on shavasana .. and my body got numb .. i got scared and woke up .... now iam feeling dizzy, my left arm is little numb and a little pain. Iam a chronic anxiety patient ... nd iam scared of these things ... wht should i do ....

    Sabhi apne marg ko acha btate hai.jis raste se kuch milta hai wo acha baki sabhi raste bekar hai .pr actual aise nai pr person nature alag hai rasta alag hai. Pr maina dekha hai jitne teachers hai bolte hai . apne raste ko best bolte hai.zaroorat padhi osho ko use kr liya kabhi shankra acarya ko.

    Spirtual. Ego toh nahi but I can't reasonat with most of the people like people around me are only concerned with there family and themselves rest they don't want to do anything fir environment for underprivileged people kya ye sahi hai meditation ka pta nahi but my wounds taught me how world is in pain we all need healing but selfishness and greediness in people this is what I hate about human there incapability of being self aware but when person gets into meditation he becomes self aware he starts to improve himself but than comes people who are jealous of there light but don't want to put any effort ..my chidhood wounds bought me to healing than to spirtual ity but I was connected to divine since childhood osho says dhyan lgao dubki lgao khud me bhul jao koi kya or kyun keh rha hai...ignorant people are causing hurt and pain what is rapist he is absorbed in his own pain so much that he wants to give it to everyone he dosen't want to sit and deal with it now one person putting effort obviously the one who is meditating wants to protect there energy why we will be around such people you call it spirtual ego I call it protecting my energy becoz such people are very good at sucking your energy
