I really like how this audio can be extended to not just narcissistic people in romantic relationships but people in someone’s life in general who go out of their way to make your life miserable, as someone who was exposed from a very young age to a narcissist father, its created more problems that I could have imagined which I’m sure some other listeners can relate too, I have no problem being around men around my age but ones that are my dad’s age are harder to be around, it’s really uncomfortable for me which is a shame since there are so many guys out there putting in the effort to make women feel safer and more comfortable

The fact that I found out just moments ago that my ex of 10yrs-off and on-tried to call me on messenger this past weekend and came up with an excuse to try and get me to talk to him, and quite frankly bring him back into my life, is just 🤯Bc of the huge amount of pain he put me through throughout the years, I am at the stage where I feel like I am better off alone…
