The Zeri was definitely scripting. Watched the replay, and you can see her dodging Vi's Q from bush with no vision perfectly, then killing Twitch at 9 : 40 in-game time, not in this video. She kept stopping in-lane multiple simple for several seconds, and gave up a minion to do so sometimes. Definitely too many red flags to not be a scripter. Please report, because no one except the people in a game can submit a ticket for it. The Zeri will probably just uninstall the scripts before Vanguard happens, so they don't get banned. Might as well take them out now.
