Cover minders mind your cover while you’re painting. Fold the cover back out of the way and the minder will hold it there for you. 😊
As to the tips that fall out of the pen, just wrap a bit of tape around the tip. As to the squares of goo, just hold it in your hand to warm it.

wrap some washing tape around those loose multiplacers and they should fit sniggly in your pretty pink pen 😃 thanks fore sharing your haul!!!

The Cracks in the wax could be from the transport as it gets super cold on the planes so it may have cracked when it essentially froze. Just a theory though haha
After watching this video I got some diamond paintings in and 3 of my waxes were cracked like yours have never seen that either

Add a small piece of washi tape to the tips (stem) that are falling out of the pen. It will let you use them then without falling out.

The size is always the canvas and not the picture. I always think about taking off one inch from each side to get the picture.
I'm in plastic manufacturing, their is no way that tray should have passed the process, so shame on them. I'm glad to see you have other trays so you can do the paintings 🙂 I'll be subscribing so I can keep up with ya!
Wrap a little washi tape on the end of placer and shove it in and wella. Tight fit. Won't fall out.

Put the pictures under your mattress for a couple of days and it will flatten out.

Maybe the wax cracked because of the heat and humidity?
That's what I was thinking. Maybe they got too hot during shipping or something.

Cracked wax is not as sticky and isn't that great to use. I tried mixing them up and it just crumbles to pieces. Cracked wax is trash wax.
The wax in my AliExpress order was cracked too
