Tear some fabric and put around the spools and handles of particular pieces add some flowers and greenery in and on top of your bookcase. Make sure you can see your displays from all sides. I had a store that had booths also and I have learned a few things. Even a small table lamp turned on makes it seem cozy and comfortable like you would like it in your home. Make book stacks with some of your books again add fabric and lace to make them catch the eye. You have a great eye with placements. Even move the things you have all ready there to a new place and makes them look like they are new things. Hang aprons on the coat rack or pots, plants you could even repaint things like the frames and mirrors even adding some dark or light wax. Good luck with everything you got this.
Everyone has their own opinions and likes. I'd be drawn to your booth because I love natural (not "brown") wood way more than painted furniture. It looks rich to me. Plus, I'd hate seeing a bunch of fake greenery shoved in all over. That seems to cheapen it for me. But, that's my opinion. You do you! Not everyone enjoys the same things. It looks really nice as is.
That’s what I love about being in my booth space too is the diversity of everyone’s booths. There are a few spots with painted furniture that I think would look really good with some of my decor pieces. You are 100% right everyone has different opinions and styles. It’s fun to see how everyone decorates and makes their space their own.
@@OhDeerCuratedVintagedo whatever brings in the customers to your booth. You don’t have to listen to everyone else’s opinions b/c if you try to then you’ll go nuts. ❤ You’re doing great!
Too much brown and no “life!!!” Need lots of greenery to make all the browns pop. Also consider swapping the tall ladder shelf with the short piece on the floor. Looks weird - tall corner cabinet, short piece on floor, then tall ladder. Plus people can more easily see the art work right off the aisle as opposed to the middle of two tall pieces. For the art - take the small art off the wall and put it on one of the shelves or in between the two book cases under the mirror behind the coat rack. Then jam it all on the wall. People will buy art if they see it in the wall not the floor. Don’t make it look super “nice” - just jam as much on the wall as you can. I learned that lesson!! Art is one of my best sellers. Good luck!🍀
Hey thanks for the advice. If I move the ladder the space in between the ladder and the hutch would be off. Also I’ve found that the art of the shelf’s didn’t more as fast as when its hung on that wall.
@@OhDeerCuratedVintage I get that! But as art sells you can fill the holes with the art on the shelf. I’ve just learned to put up as much as I can. Good luck 🍀
Since spring is around the corner, a little greenery would break up all the brown and give a space the focal point
Oh yeah that would! I’ll keep an eye out for some. I love the dark woods, but it can get a little dark.
5:48 It looks fine on the nightstand

You need to add texture. Some silk tulips, some painted furniture or lamps
I have to lamps I’m planning to bring up soon! Silk tulips would be really pretty too thanks for the advice.
