I am very concerned about going out and not having protection. We aren’t in bad health but we are not 40 anymore…. @@CaneMasters-WalkingCanes you know this was written weeks ago, and my experience with cane masters was not a good one. We did order 2 canes, and with in 10 hours , cancelled the order. Which we were told by a very rude and hostile customer service woman, WE WERE NOT GETTING A REFUND. After much email and emotional distress we called our credit card company (JP Morgan) and filed a dispute. We also had to call the state of Florida and Palm Beach county and report Cane Masters. Every time we emailed no reply, and when I called the company representative was more and more rude. We were told : "Go a head and dispute it, all you want…she laughed, because we will just tell them it’s a custom shop, you have no recourse, have a good day" and she hung up. We did finally get our refund. Beware.
I still have two of your canes. One has never been out of the wrapper. Me and my wife were the landlords of the pub in Felixstowe where you did a demonstration with Gary. A mix of krav and cane. 11 years later I’m now teaching my eldest boys some of those techniques.
I lost my Cane Masters cane in a vehicle burglary May 13th - they left several expensive items and only took my favorite cane - at least the thief knows his canes.

Can you recommend a grabber tool that I can carry on my wheelchair that I can rely on not to fail if I use it as a workout tool? Thanks, your canes are reliable like that and I use one as an indispensable tool in the shop, pushing, pulling and moving heavy stuff. I have a trailer with a ramp door with a weak wind up door closer. I use the cane tip to push the door fully closed. These things have taught me about the force it takes and the techniques to use to manipulate movable objects with my cane. Thanks
