I tried it out and it will scan the room but also scans furniture and turn them into boxes. Can not find a way to delete those boxes so I can have a blank slate empty room.
Does it work also on android tablets? And does it also work on windows like the 2 in 1 laptop tablet? If not then can you please work on it to also accommodate us android and windows users?

Is there a way to combine rooms by doing multiple scans to create a floor plan? Would love this feature.
No way to combine yet but you can scan multiple rooms in one pass.

Can i use it on tablet or it just for ipad?
Great! Is there a way to keep the plan sketch as a reference while sketching the perspective view?
You could add it in as an image to your project or you could use Stage Manager and open the plan in Photos to view them both together.
sadly, my Ipad Air 4 doesn't have a LIDAR sensor. :(
We hope Apple builds LiDAR into all of the future iPad models!!
