Thank you Melanie! That was so helpful. I think I experienced a dissonance yesterday with some old programing. I could not understand at the time why I suddenly was so upset. Now, I do understand why. Intuitively I knew to call on my angel team and they helped me through it. I took my time and was able to calmly address the situation from a peaceful place! Your explanation helps me to be much more aware of the real importance of meditation as a constant practice to integrate the new awarenesses we get all the time! Namaste.

Some people go online and binge watch tv episodes. I have a tv that’s stored behind a mirror and isn’t even plugged into a wall. My binging is with Melanie and the angels. I just can’t get enough of this loving angel energy and am so happy to be in the presence of such love. I’m so appreciative to be in alignment to receive these messages. So last night as I meditated before bed ( I always look forward to this)...I felt my body laying still but my head and my perceived face started to feel like wave vibrations. I almost resisted but knew I was safe. Next thing I know I could see information streaming into my crown it came in very fast and then seemed to get faster... and then it was done. I payed for awhile taking this all in.
Later I found this video... I know it's only 15min but I fell asleep before it was over.
So I just watched it again...

I found your site a few weeks ago I haven't had time to listen to much until today. and wow im working around the house and listening to everything you have done. its as if your teachings are along I path I seem to be on. I couldn't stop listening. I have a conflict going on between my higherself and my ego involving a family member and legal issues. I needed to get more insight into the problem. Instead I found your work and listened. I feel more grounded calmerat peace. I take this as a sign I connect to your teachings and what you are saying. my soul wants to grow and expand I have a hunger I know this. but with limited time at present. this has been a god send. thankyou I want to keep listening I want more. but ill keep in touch with you as I go. Hi Melanie! I couldn’t figure out what was happening to me and a basic Google search (divine intervention?) brought me squarely face to face with your kind, gracious and informative video. I have some very real changes happening and would look forward to a personal confidential conversation if that is something you offer. I am happy to compensate. Also, you mention, very briefly, a sense of urgency in the aftermath of a download and that is the part I would love to have expanded if you would be so kind. I have days after where I feel an urgency to complete tasks that seem *impossible* and this sensation isn’t obsessive but a close cousin. Please advise.

Hello Melanie and all of you.....I ve been meditating for over 3 years regularly, listening to many many videos to help me with it, including your videos Melanie. Unfortunately so far no download, no angels or arch angels have come my way....I feel some kind of sadness about not finding my way wherever it is.. (the strange thing is that from a young child up to around 17 years old, every evening going to bed I was doing astral projection without having the knowledge that it was called that way....every morning I would not remember it....but every evening as soon as I touched my pillow...i was starting the breathing with a thrill in my body&mind and then withing minutes I was doing my astral projection...I should add that my childhood was....more of a "survival time' than a 'normal' childhood)....today 32 years later: within 3 years of daily meditation, I did not manage 1 astral projection or anything else by the way..... I just had one and I lost all hearing and then I told my sister I felt weird I asked what time it was I checked my phone it was 23:23 this is not the first time this has happened they happened often and sometimes randomly I feel a orb if from my head and ear 2 years a psychic medium told me I was like her and that over the course of time I will be able to control my abilities
