    Hey how much butter did you put ij with the onion? I tried 50 grams but it wasnt enough to cook the fish in, does tht matter?

      Hi there, thanks for the question....the 50gms of butter is for the roux. Make sure you have added the oil and the wine. You don't need to cook the fish as it will continue to cook in the sauce. Hope that helps. If not, let me know and I will be happy to help.
