Hey Stuart I just got into your last warrior collective and it was fantastic.
I was really struggling explaining the rhythm and pendulum and why it’s not always good and you guys did a great job on the terminology as well as the improvements needed in boxing.
I personally love film studies. I then work the film study on a bag before teaching it to my fellow training partners.

Do you have anything on anticipating what arm is going to punch based on the opponent position, or their stance, etc?

No This not how you elbow, if you Post u disrupt, you are to far for an elbow as u are in zone 2 and not zone 1. coach barry fails again
All you have to do is step in. So he's not wrong. If I can elbow you, you can elbow me, thats why you post before & after.
News flash you have to step in to throw any elbow unless it’s a counter dummy
