As a food forensic expert I would suggest following changes: Coffee on training days only. Get rid of orange juice which is commercially produced to ensure each packet taste the same. That's not how it is in the nature. Consuming fruit without its fiber content it's shocking for the body. Eat one specific fruit in the morning. Do not mix bunch of them. Eat your kale in dinner or with breakfast as it is has fat soluble vitamin. If the sandwich bread has preservatives, that is not good for gut microbiome. Incorporate handful of nuts and seeds especially flaxseeds and walnuts. Do not combine animal protein with straches. Focus on healthy fats that takes you in calorie surplus nor carbs being a sprint . Oily fish and olives are a must.
