At least it’s not another 17 year old girl am I right boys
List of people who outlift me:
An old man
A Grandma
Small Children
Don't forget my Dog
My mom
The answer is clear. Go SHW bloatlord and ramble about "no weightclasses in the jungle".
Move to where I live; I'm certain you'll be as strong as the average man here at least; even if all of what you say is true.
@@The11thDimension91 Where do you live? :)
He gives meaning to the phrase, “old man strength”
Old man strength is being able to open a car door
Very original

Lifting Vault: this baby probably outlifts you
Me: yes 😔
This fetus outlifts you
I am 73 and started lifting serious again year ago.. 400 DL, started squatting again this year currently slow progress and am at 275. I have non repairable rotator cuff so benching is very hard to do but probably at 175. Will, compete next year raw,, sleeves. Yes you can do this late in life, be happy with slow careful progress. I love the workouts still.
That is incredible, hope you will keep at it for a long time!
Post some vids from the meet (if you feel comfortable with it) we love to see it!
Heck yeah man! You are a legend for lifting heavy! I’ll be you in 54 years. Keep it up man!
Kinda neat how you are 56 years older than me but our totals are only 5lbs apart
I competed 1st time bench only 303 @66yrs old in 181 class 2017 uspa. National record then. 325 paused in the gym at 68 same bodyweight. Happens to be my niche...ruined my back at 44 and at 69 for good was only squating 315 and dl 345 at 69. I know, sucked. Point is BP is my niche but I wish I was more balanced like you. Still work hard physically though in my AC business 5 days a week. Us old guys gotta stay busy 👍. Blessings brother!
My man squats high bar.... Where all my high bar people at?
Is there any other way?
And he gets down there too.
@@DrRRaza Yes the right way aka lowbar
@@mirkomarjanovic3234 oh you mean deadlifting?
@@DrRRaza yea, you keep thinking that and keep highbaring 60kg, I'm sure the gods of aesthetic lifting approve, since actual proper lifting doesn't matter to you. Also I just talked to Ray Williams, and he says you're totaaaaly right lowbar is shit. Stop talking with retro purists of lifting and lift properly. Give a listen to Stan Efferding in recent times on why you should squat lowbar, and you might actually squat some decent weight and not have regular knee replacement surgery every two years.
Not only a great lifter, also a great person. I train out of Kabuki and he has given me some good wisdom. He has also helped fund raise for children's cancer charities after his grandson got leukemia among a list of other things. Absolute top lad.
That's not an old man thats duffin with a mask on
I think him and Odd Haugen are the same age. Great to see athletes still crushing it in their 70s
I go to Odds gym hes insane he still outlifts most of the members
@@juliawilliams1355 The training hall is legendary ha. Do they still do strongman Saturdays? I’d love to visit!
@@paulfitzgerald762 I'm not sure because I go in the afternoon but they definitely do grip Sundays from like 11-2 almost every week. Im sure after these restrictions are lifted they'd love for you to come through!
@@juliawilliams1355 He's not just out lifting most normal members, I am pretty sure he's been setting literal grip strength world records (not masters) into his 70's.
@Kaledrone I believe he's in the same weight class as Carl Meyerscough so he might not quite be doing that but he certainly held them for years and still beats 99% of people in his weight class. There's some real monsters coming out of the wood work now. Pretty sure the (weight class) world record I had for like 2 years just got destroyed as well.
This is how I wanna be at that age, I love the weights🤓
Much respect to this grandpa :)
How do you know hes a granpa? He maybe dosen't have kids
That’s an old man that won’t break his hip if he slips in the shower
Make a video about János Fábri! He made a 260,5kg single ply deadlift at his age of 71-72 (I don't know exactly) and a 590,5kg total in the 83kg weight class! He is a Hungarian powerlifter in the IPF.
Really gives me hope to be still able to lift heavy weights, when I come in his age. Inspiring!
Never put limits on yourself based on your age for anything.
Just goes to prove its never too late to make your goals
With the right training, and training consistency, perhaps there’s hope for me. That man is an inspiration!
I can confirm he does indeed outlift me.
I'm 60 and still powerlift . but this guy is strong af
Old man and natty too! You go pops!
71 yo man outlifts me? I out live him. I win.
Respect to him!
That's awesome! I hope he keeps it up and stays injury free.
What a monster !
He does.
Sarcopenia is scared of that man
I actually outlift him thank god, thanks unreal strength for 71 though holy fuck
Powerlifting post 2032: Zygote puts up 100kg on bench press upon being conceived
Immediately caught the squat grip ha. I've pretty much always done the same just with 3 fingers 👍
Great stuff
As a much older athlete competing in a tested federation, could he hypothetically get a pass for using TRT?
I know within the IPF this is not allowed as an medical exemption. Not sure about other feds.
Just my 2¢, but unless you’re highly competitive it’s pointless to pay for a drug test which you may or may not even take to “prove” or compete against “proven” nattys. I’d suggest saving your money and just competing in the cheapest/most convenient meet. Whichever route you take, good luck my friend
He's definitely on it anyway
There is no such thing as a pass for hormone use
That hurts, huh?
Look at the glorious talon grip!
We need a video on Strongman/Powerlifter Bubba Pritchett (Jerry´s son) Who is 9 years old and won a silver medal recenty... a Kid that can outlift you
He’s strong but he probably doesn’t outlift many people cuz he’s nine
So inspiring!!!!!!
Brother, remember the day oners, never forget where you came from. Just saying. much love brother. Good luck on your journey.
I was just chatting with Rudy the other day at The Lab... he's one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. As if the feats described in this video weren't enough, he just set 4 new world records (in all 3 lifts, and for total weight in the 100kg class) at the IPL Drug-Tested World meet held this past weekend in California... 451 squat, 314 bench, and 512 deadlift, for a 1,277 pound raw total, at 72 years old!
So he's a lifelong lifter and got stronger in his 70's than he was in his 50's? Guess he found his dr prescribed test somewhere in between.
Most grandpas on TRT do not lift like him though
TRT is prohibited on the tested side of USPA.
So what
So you are saying he is stronger than you.
@@JuggoJuggo No but he's Not far under me. I totaled 1,360 but I'm a lifelong natural
Dude's got a cool squat grip.
It's the classic gentleman's grip
30 years older than me, wow respect
Bro I am growing to love your accent and voice. Its so bloody unique haha. May I know where you're from?
This uncle is bloody good.
Love it!!! Keep rocking on, man!!! Only if we actually evolved, longevity in a sport would be a thing. Not hate'n, it's just life but there is something to be said, about Squatting and Deadlifting those weights at 71 y/o!!! Congratulations Man!!!
Crazy as endurance is more important
I like you used "probably" in the title lol
This is awesome.
This man is probably the IRL Isaac Netero
You could do a video about Lya Bavoil the French female champion
Impressive
Yun- I mean old savage
Not outlift my but pretty strong Grandpha 👍
Strong for sure but... he can't touch Roy!
71 year old has better fucking depth than I do on squats lmao...
where are the cats who like to say the guy must not be natty?
Unusual grip on the squat🤔🤔
I can bench and squat a bit more than him, but he actually beats me in the deadlift. I am 26 years old and weigh 115kg. I feel bad now. 😅 Anyway, really impressive old man 👍
Not only is this old man stronger than me, he has better hair too lol
amazing
Anyone else think he was about to keel over at 1:44?
He had more time to train.
Larry merchant training for Floyd’
well hes alredy doing more than my 1rmax in the thumbnail, so yea...
JUST HOW MUCH YOU THINK i LIFT ??
Wow i feel sad
He cannot outfit me , but l am only 56
He had more time to train though
Not impressive, the average 72 y/o lifts more than me
He doesn’t, but I imagine he was when he was younger! So impressive.
Oh great and wise lifting vault, what is your name
what's up with the half squat at the end lmao
He has had way more time to train tho
👍
Probably
Not🤪
No hate big respect to him💪💪💪
how strong are you?
@@joys8634 squat RAW 305 kg's, bench 192,5 kg's, deadlift 292,5 kg's

he can lift over 500lbs of terrible dialogue
Yeah but imma outlive him
his grip is fucking weird
TRT can do wonders if you juice up to the gills on it.
what does juiced up to the gills even mean. how can yo juice to the gills on trt lmao. oh you mean self prescribed trt of 1 gram a week lmao
When you just repeat shit you hear on r/nattorjuice and never learned that trt stands for testosterone replacement therapy.
yep he doesn’t
jk he is stronk
Woah, Joe Biden is putting in work.
Steroids? maybe, who cares. This man is an example. I hope to see him breaking his records for the nest 30 years and set the bar for rest of us to follow
Boa noite FIRST vai amém BOM 👌💪
speak for your self i destroy this guy hahahhah
I've got a 74 (I think) year old lifting far far more in my gym 😂 - 270kg squat
Will didn’t hit depth
dissapointed with sumo ... if he can pull 5 plates conventionall i ll be impressed
he had more time to train idc
Just joking bro
nope, he doesn't outlift me. and i i'll outlive him too.
his squat form was flawless
This man is a fucking unit
I love Rudy, but any competitive lifter over 165 lb should outlift him
Nice
