I am 73 and started lifting serious again year ago.. 400 DL, started squatting again this year currently slow progress and am at 275. I have non repairable rotator cuff so benching is very hard to do but probably at 175. Will, compete next year raw,, sleeves. Yes you can do this late in life, be happy with slow careful progress. I love the workouts still.

I competed 1st time bench only 303 @66yrs old in 181 class 2017 uspa. National record then. 325 paused in the gym at 68 same bodyweight. Happens to be my niche...ruined my back at 44 and at 69 for good was only squating 315 and dl 345 at 69. I know, sucked. Point is BP is my niche but I wish I was more balanced like you. Still work hard physically though in my AC business 5 days a week. Us old guys gotta stay busy 👍. Blessings brother!

@@DrRRaza yea, you keep thinking that and keep highbaring 60kg, I'm sure the gods of aesthetic lifting approve, since actual proper lifting doesn't matter to you. Also I just talked to Ray Williams, and he says you're totaaaaly right lowbar is shit. Stop talking with retro purists of lifting and lift properly. Give a listen to Stan Efferding in recent times on why you should squat lowbar, and you might actually squat some decent weight and not have regular knee replacement surgery every two years.
