Niners in three straight possessions against the Jets in the middle of the game literally finished the game by running it and taking up so much of the clock and not allowing Rodger’s to get on the field. Niners didnt even maximized their scores because they kicked mostly field goals. But that allowed the defense to rest, kept the defense off the field and Mason punished the jets who are projected to have a great defense

Coach this team needs a Championship level defense. As much as we love Joe, Steve, Jerry the defense has won those Championships. Kyle has not had a Championship defense ever. You couldn't stop Sam Darnold that says something.

As much as the offense struggled the running game is fine get a Championship level defense coordinator and a Championship level defense.
