You've got to give it to Toll Brothers, they design and build some of the best homes out there! I'm not a fan of that contemporary look, but the house is beautiful and nicely laid out.
We signed an agreement for nearly $2 million in Fields Frisco, primarily due to the location. However, I have to say that this floor plan is disappointing, especially the secondary bedrooms, which have single pane window and would require artificial light even during the day. The construction has not begun but Toll Brothers isn’t willing to add more windows, even for an extra cost, which is frustrating. I’m starting to wonder if we made the right choice with Toll Brothers.
