At some point the European military administration will collapse, and after that the Europeans will work to make a Europe of free nations with strong national identities and the best way to make a Europe of free nations with strong national identities is the restoration of the European monarchies ! I hope that that will happen.

In episode 3 of Standstill, the European Military Administration will possibly change its name to the United European Order or something like that, while the Eurasian Commonwealth would either engage in talks with the Westerners which would possibly be the United European Order or Scandinavia. Speaking of the Eurasian Commonwealth, they will probably would commit a Second Holocaust of all non Eurasian races such as Chinese, Tartars, Slavs, and many Siberian ethnicities. However they would most likely purge their newly established Eurasian state of all traitors that supported the now deposed Soviet Union. As for the capital, it would most likely be Yekaterinburg, Kiev, Minsk, or Omsk as I saw from the 2nd episode of Standstill. Africa is definitely going to be a major part of the Standstill series since they are the last hope of the world that would stand up against the EC and the EMA and will defeat them both in the final episodes of Standstill, (If that ever happens at all). Asia might be the Eurasian Commonwealth's next targets, although I am not sure if it will come to fruition at all.
Two minutes in and I already love the details you've put into this. Let me take 2:11 as an example, where one of the Soviet armies defected to the ELM, fantastic!

Truly, I only see some of the Non-Aligned Movement members that have been relevant in this episode as undisputedly being good. The European Military Administration is not only threatening to turn a martial law situation into a full-fledged military junta, but also threatens to go about destroying national identities. Now, I don't like nationalism, and I understand that separatism is a threat to a united Europe, but wanting to forcefully stamp out and/or unite national identities much faster than the more natural and organic process of assimilation over many succeeding generations... is not something that will have one be remembered as part of the good side of history... However, considering the disobedience in France, the rebellion in Rome, the conspiracy involving what were before the 2nd Russian Civil War the last holdouts of fascism and other external and internal issues, I don't think the EMA will last long. Another big threat is, of course, the Eurasian Commonwealth. They are strasserists, and their ideology is basically the answer to the question "What if nationalsocialism was faithful to socialist part of its name, and not only the nationalist part?". This makes them quite a unique anomaly, and also unique evil. Even though I think they'll try striving towards socialism, I bet my ass they'll also be both expansionist and genocidal in nature, wanting to spread their lands and get rid of "undesirables" and "subhumans". Mongolia and Uighuristan better watch out, as they may become the first to be invaded, and I wouldn't be surprised if the Turkic and Iranic peoples of Central Asia were put into the Eurasian Commonwealth's counterpart to Nazi Germany's Holocaust. Then there are what I consider the most obvious vilains of the first episode: Francoist Spain, the Estado Novo regime of Portugal and Apartheid South Africa. They seem to have striken a deal with the Vatican, but, of course, they're doing it for their own interests. They partially caused the uprising in Rome, and I won't be surprised if they get involved in what I perceive to be the upcoming downfall of the EMA. However, given that they're fascists and are running concentration camps, I don't think that a Europe ruled by what I dubbed the Lisbon - Madrid - Cape Town Axis would be much better than one under the radical pan-nationalist EMA regime. The fact that the way the L-M-CTA is handling the refugee crisis and oppressing their people and/or the natives of their possessions had already gained them enemies in both Europe and Africa. TBH, the only 5 nations that are giving me hope of there being some good guys in this series are Yugoslavia, Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria and Ethiopia, a sentence that is so fucking weird that even I am surprised about how wild the imaginations of us mappers can be, but, then again, I'm the same guy who planned a mapping series in which Kazakhstan overpowers Russia and the Normans and Cilician Armenians come back, so who am I to talk.

If the Earth stops its spinning around its own axis, that does not mean it would stop spinning around Sun. I mean if that would happen, the day/night cycle would not stop entirely, it would just slow down. And one day would be as slow as a year. So night darkness would last 6 months. If in Standstill in Moskow for example, it is noon now, after 6 months, it should be midnight.

This means that one side always faces towards the object it orbits around and the other side always faces away from the object it orbits around. Examples for that in real life would be the Moon or Mercury for example.
+The Rat of Mapping Except Mercury is tidally locked in a different fashion. Unlike most tidally locked object, who have 1 rotational period be equal to 1 orbital period, Mercury is tidally locked in a way that 2 rotational periods equal 3 orbital periods.

The Comoros had their own flag and as such were represented with their own countryball. Not to mention, after the establishment of the European Military administration colonies and oversea territories were given independence as they wouldn't be sustainable for the war. And I don't see how their placement is wrong, any map including Google Maps place them in the spot where I put them.
Dear Diary, Just another day, nothing different from me. I'm still stuck in the eternal cycle. Sleep at random times, read books, look at the news, do religious practices, talk to my friends, breakdown for a little, the usual things. He told me his situation is bad so he'd like to stay with me if he can. Of course, I accepted. I'm still a bit suspicious because I have'nt known him for that long, but that's the least of my worries. The storm is going horrible, and It's like its directly attacking the ship... I might not survive this, but honestly, with all this stuff going on across the globe, it looks like im destined to die with Dan and everyone else on the ship. Well, I guess this is goodbye... Wait a second, I see the beaches of Cyprus, right in front of my eyes, I made sure I wasnt hallucinating, no. This is completely real. I made it, the storm is going away, no casualties except for the 1 person to jump off into the water and shouting "OHHHHH WOAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" but I don't think they'd make it long with that insanity anyway. The earth stopping to spin doesn't affect the magnetic field as it is generated by the movement of the liquid iron in the earth's core, not the spinning of the earth itself.

It was actually not a soviet army defecting. It was actually one of the Warsaw Pact army

I don't see any problems right now, this is going good. I've almost made it halfway, I can feel my new home already! I've also met this new person who's in the same situation as I. He is a refugee from the Soviet Union, escaping from the Great Eurasian War. It's going great! He's not a communist either. He's so nice, I think we can try sticking around. I just asked him where his destination is, And he's also going to Cyprus! I still hadn't got my destination EXACTLY planned, but after he said Nicosia, I KNEW I had to live there. Apparently his name is Dan, that doesn't sound Russian at all, but I can tell he looks a bit Russian, so he is telling the truth. I know that alot of people must have it worse than me, as people have been going all the way across the Atlantic, this is nothing. Nothing to them. The captain has just warned us that a storm is coming, so we need to be extra careful. Me and my new friend are getting along perfectly and I cant lose this chance. He told me his situation is bad so he'd like to stay with me if he can. Of course, I accepted. I'm still a bit suspicious because I have'nt known him for that long, but that's the least of my worries. The storm is going horrible, and It's like its directly attacking the ship... I might not survive this, but honestly, with all this stuff going on across the globe, it looks like im destined to die with Dan and everyone else on the ship. Well, I guess this is goodbye... Wait a second, I see the beaches of Cyprus, right in front of my eyes, I made sure I wasnt hallucinating, no. This is completely real. I made it, the storm is going away, no casualties except for the 1 person to jump off into the water and shouting "OHHHHH WOAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" but I don't think they'd make it long with that insanity anyway. So, I've made it to Cyprus alive, made a new friend, life is turning better. Who knows where it can go now? If the world stops turning, anything could happen. Anything...
but if the planet stop spinning solar radiation can penetrate into earth because the magnetic camps dont exit anymore but good video is interesanting this alternate history of the world keep work!
The earth stopping to spin doesn't affect the magnetic field as it is generated by the movement of the liquid iron in the earth's core, not the spinning of the earth itself.
