I come from Britanny where Apple Cider is quite a specialty, and I can tell that with such a drink that is usually between 3-5% ... Her being tipsy either means she can't handle alcohol at all, or she drank an quite insane amount of it. If she likes apple drinks that much, it's better that she never hears about "Pommeau" (Wine equivalent alcohol strength wise) nor "Lambig" (Whisky equivalent) and I wouldn't even talk about "Kreimig" (Same as Whisky Cream, but with Lambig instead of Whisky)
