I couldn't help but notice how this meme goes well with the previous meme, with not only these two memes both having to do with phones, but also how the thumbnail for both memes could hypothetically go together (with FB's body facing towards the left in the previous meme thumbnail and how Peril is facing the right in this thumbnail. Plus there's also the soft orangish yellow for the background), although it was likely a coincidence. Another thing to add on is that these two are known to have a close lore connection.
This might all be a coincidence and I'm just overthinking things. However, if it isn't, I'd say this was a pretty cool and subtle way to prepare us for whatever is about to come (I'm guessing a Baby Hotline meme with these two if this latter option was the case).

Yeah I said the 2 thumbnails lined up and they hearted my comment so I’m guessing that these 2 are defo linked together, and the description also says he’s waiting for his fav patient to call so that’s even more evidence linking the videos together

After rewatching all of the FB animations, I'm gonna say snake doctor helped FB escape (after forming a bond by caring for FB while under Chiffon's employ), and told FB to call him afterwards. However, FB was unable to do so (memory loss? or maybe Chiffon intercepted the call and pretended to be snake doctor? FB seems happy while talking to the phone in bby my phone, which seemingly contradicts this meme), therefore causing him to worry. I bet the smiley face when his call connects is Chiffon reassuring him that everything's okay / under control, and therefore worrying him more. I'm guessing that he then waits for FB to call, as his coworkers are searching for the lost lab subject, and this might be building up to the tragedy that results in FB's "undead" form. Despite this, snake doctor doesn't leave Chiffon's experiments - he's now tied up with something illegal, and to leave would be to put himself at the mercy of Chiffon. This would lead to the situation we've seen in previous memes, of snake doctor being distraught over FB's injury and current state, but still working for Chiffon. Overall, very interesting, and I'm excited to see what happens next! These animations are always so well made, and very rewatchable :P
