@@clouded-glory Skill pen goes first. Then the target has 30% Def left, Pen set takes 15% of it... and artifact x% of def remain. I'm telling you how it's work only. I have not calculated the exact number for this

If a unit has 1k def and u have a skill that pens 70% def then when u hit that unit it basically only had 300 def. now if u add a def break for example u now take that 300 def and find 70% of it which is 210 leaving that target with 90 def left. 90/1000 is 91%. so 70% pen on skill+ def break would only equal 91% total def pen. each addition value of def pen is calculated like that. so unless a skill specifically states it pens 100% it's almost impossible to hit 100% pen.
