I tried it but mine scattered as it was baking and started burning before 15 mins at 360 degree . Could it be because I used oil -less fryer oven?

it could be but next time preheat the oven for 10-15min before you start baking and bake at 250 degrees, check on it every five minutes until you start seeing brown color not burnt u can turn the oven off and leave it out to cool off
