I have a kitty spout right from their web site but it looks a little different and did not come with a cleaning brush, or tweezers (for?? Strange) no window or small upper dish. Now I do love the one I have you just have to remember that just because it is moving water with a filter doesn't reduce cleaning. It needs to be emptied and refilled at least once a week, and change that filter every 2 weeks in a multi cat household. If you only have 1 cat you can likely stretch those times. I have 3 and they all love the fountain. It is far better than some of the plastic fountains. Not too difficult to clean. I have very hard water so I do a vinegar soak when I clean mine.
You need to show how you take the pump apart and clean it.
Might have to grab one of these for my girls. I was worried it needed a direct water source. But you cleared that up. Thank you.

I don't know what and when to clean and where to get new filters (and what they are called) I would love a video of this.
So my only concern was the cord. I guess it’s waterproof since it will be submerged in the water (like the pump)

My Cats love this! I have 8 cats I have to fill it every day! That’s how much water they drink. I highly recommend it! The only issue I have is refilling it. When u take the lid off water is retained on the lid so when you take the top off to refill the water it pours all over the floor! Other than that , it’s great!

How does this compare to the other Kittyspout fountain? Looks like there is more than 1 Kittyspout company.
Not sure as this is the only one I have used.

I have seen two different versions of "KittySpout" fountains.
More importantly, the logos, and word-fonts, are distinctly different. Therefore, one is a fake-brand, the other is the real-brand.
Which is which?

What is the country of origin/manufacture of the kittyspout? Because that matters a lot.
Not sure as I don't have the box anymore. Most things are made outside of the USA now of days, if you are looking for a USA made drinking fountain look at Whiskers who likes the Litter Robot. They have a drinking fountain all made here last time I checked.
Ordered one on May 10th & still have not received mine. Not happy with this company & how they do business. So buyer BEWARE!
