Can we withdraw employer share in pf advance ? EPF advance kitna nikal sakte hai ?

Bhai Mera employer share nikalne se pahle total paise current Wale company me transfer karna zaroori h.

Bro My total is Rs. 1.34 lac in which Employer Share is 1.05lac and employee share is 29k.
Can I withdraw 1.20 lac out of this? Kindly reply my comment.
