I'm wanting to make one of those boyfriend shirts, would I be able to use this pattern but use a cotton/flannelette instead? Or just make a oversized shirt? This was so interesting to watch. Can't wait to try this!!

Whatever works for your fabric best I think, I used a regular topstitch 🤗

To make this style you'll need 168cm of fabric that's 150cm wide.

Does your pattern have seem allowance in it or does it need to be added on?
The pattern already includes 1cm seam allowance :)

That depends from what I'm making and how complicated it is. I am definitely a perfectionist so I do take my time and tend not to rush ☺️
I'm doing the pattern in a size 8 but my armholes are too big for the sleeves to attach :( Is there any way to fix this? Thank you!
Hi, you could always sew the sides of the Shacket a bit more so the armholes fit the sleeves. :)

How were you able to sew the curved hem without puckers?
To be honest I never used that technique to sew the curved hems 💁 it's all about pinning down the fabric correctly and then pushing top layer while the bottom one slides smoothly through machine if that makes sense.
Do you do any interweb/inside fabric too or keep it raw?
I kept it raw 😊
How did your machine cut the extra fabric on the seam like that at 2:24 :O
It's not a sewing machine, it's an overlocker/ serger 😉

Of course it can 🥰 you can always use a french seam technique for the sides if you don't want to have raw seams inside.
