Ok, when you first said Sail, I thought about the Commodores song Sail On, totally for got about Awol Nation's song. Man that was Great!!!!!! DEZ is a beast. You need to check out his other band Coal Chamber! Great songs from them are LOCO, FIEND, & SHOCK THE MONKEY!!!!
If you dig covers that do justice to (or surpass) the original, you should check out Mushroomhead cover of "Rumor Has It" or their version of Seal's "Crazy." Also HIGHLY recommend Spineshank's version of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps."
Leo does a fantastic cover of this, too. and as for Devildriver, 'Clouds of California' is an older track of theirs that never gets old. If you want another band that went WAYYYY out of their comfort zone with amazing results... an American Techdeath band named Allegaeon did an incredible cover of 'Roundabout' by YES. and added quite a bit of their own style without changing any tempos or notes to fit. It was a SUPER ballsy move on their part but it resulted in something phenomenal in the end. I'd love it if you checked it out and did a video on that, sir. Again it's Allegaeon (pronounced Uh-Lee-Jun) performing a cover of 'Roundabout' by YES. aka: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure outro song.

this is a good cover, but, to be completely honest, there are many much better Devildriver songs. Pretty much anything from their first five albums... For your next one...Knee Deep would be great.
This is a song (the original) so overplayed I really do not want to hear anyone play it. DD does a good job, but the base song was just too present (everywhere) for too long. Cannot stand it at all, in any form.
