i love how you provide examples of the WRONG technique, it makes it even more helpful!
glad you like! wasn't sure if it helps or just too extra but I will continue!
3:14 that may be helpful for me, I'll try that tomorrow lol
I can never hold a back outside edge on the ball of my foot if I'm in an open position of back spin (for most of the time I do none of them) and I change the center of the spin quickly when getting into a back scratch position lol, so I fail a lot on that lmao...
hope it helps! :)
I want to thank you for this video, it really helped fixing my entrance and my backspin got more consistent today 😘
When your hat fell down I laugh😂
haha I laughed too
Such a very good and Super Tutorial, Mary 💖
Thanks Yvonne!
interesting your mention of the left leg drag, I actually saw another instructional skating video where the coach actually did the left leg drag (you could even hear the blade scraping on the ice)

Can you do a tutorial on how to do a forward scratch spin?
Yes! Hoping to film that end of this month, I have my script ready for it
Do you have any tips for pushing out or spinning slower? I think I spin too fast.
sure! you can spin with the arms more open or legs not as tight/to the side until you are more comfortable, then can later work on spinning faster and pulling in tighter
