1. Diet change, real food only (non negotiable. I wasted YEARS). Protein at every meal. Only coffee and sparklng water. No cheat meals. 2. Full serious weight workout 2x a week (no more. We need recovery at our age.). 3. Sleep- I take 300mg of magnesium glycinate every bedtime. Works great. 4. Multivitamin - to be safe.

If you regret it after doing it. In my eyes yes, it makes people comfortable with avoiding taking action on their lives.
One of the most important lessons I got from WW is I turn now to positive action ( workout, running, making sales) whenever I’m stressed, anxious or bored, which are also the times folk turn to cigarettes, weed and drugs of whatever type.
