You nailed it. Ash is honest. Not many accounts out there like him. Big Beard Business comes to mind. I lean towards his content over everyone else because of his transparency.
Alrighty then, from now on I'm just going to watch every video with a negative mindset. Disregard most of what they say. I like that. But how do I know when they are being genuine? And why should I watch if I think they're not? Oh man, it's too much work being negative.
Or I can just waste my time and watch videos and make negative comments on said videos even though I shouldn't be watching them because I don't believe they're sincere. That's a better route.

had this for a week. the performance is insane, especially the projection. did one spray on paper and left the room, checked back every 30 mins or so for a few hours (about 175 sq ft, have central air so the air was constantly circulating) every time i went in or got near the entrance i could smell it!!
i dislike the opening though, synthetic and mildly floral (not my cup of tea) but the leather was there. drydown is nice and ambery. lasts for days on clothes.
absolute steal for the price. just too bad it's not a casual wear kinda scent. it really is too loud for that.

Also not just people that CANT afford a Tom Ford. For people that CAN afford it but would rather keep their money and buy something that smells almost identical for 1/10 the price. I have no problem spending hundreds on a frag, as long as there isnt any cheaper option, which makes it truly unique and worth the price tag.
I picked this up AFTER picking up your recommended Sephora deal (got the Ombre Leather with the certificate). I am absolutely ecstatic with this buy! Don't get me wrong, the TF is amazing and will pick up a 100ml here soon (Nieman has it for 170), but this one stands on its own. Both garnered many compliments on separate nights out. How many sprays of it do you recommend
all of their clones to me so far have been great for the price, victorioso is so close to invictus to me with a little harsher of an alcohol-y opening however it lasts twice a long on my skin than invictus
A great alternative to Ombre Leather is Lattafa Velvet Oud. Very close but a bit more fruity & wearable. IMO its an improvement of TFOL, certainly gets more compliments. Nice bottle, too.

Velvet oud is more like a clone of Tuscan Leather. Ombre Leather just smell like leather and nothing else.
Velvet Oud is NOTHING like Ombre Leather. There is no patchouli in Velvet Oud and that's just the start.
Bro I got that sample set from Sephora and I’m still working through it, but I smelled that Tom ford ombré leather beside that Alhambra and it’s actually quite the difference. Amber and leather opens with a way stronger leather/tobacco and ombré is very smooth opening sweet tobacco/leather
That bottle looks like something you’d find at a rack store discounter for $12.99 and called something like “Gladiator”

I'd prefer if they cloned the discontinued fragrance, there were a lot of discontinued fragrances that made me curious about the scent. There is an Aqva Amara clone from Pendora Scent, I want to try it but I can't compare it to Aqva Amara because I've never smelled it.

Finally bought this for $20. What was I waiting for? By FAR the best value I've purchased so far. No way this stuff should only be $20. I can afford Tom Ford but I'm not willing to pay $200 for a fragrance. Not worth it to me personally. Just my preference
I just got this today... once it calms down for 15 mins it smells decent on my clothes but on my skin it's kinda rough. It does smell like leather, but off the spray it's almost got a skunk undertone. After an hour it's actually not bad. I'm not a big fan. If I wear it, it would be on clothes and only outdoors. I could spray the inside of my leather jackets maybe.

Lataffa is probably my favorite budget friendly house! They always smell great and last all day

I got this and it smells somewhat similar to ombre leather but very synthetic with a strong chemical smell that stays strong even in the drydown , it's just bad. Ombre leathet on the other hand is an addictive masterpiece
I JUST got my bottle in…..SAME THING!! 😵💫🤧 Not my thing. To each his/her own. I must say I’m disappointed though (as disappointed as I could be for less than $30😂🤷🏾♂️).

I just got this fragrance, and I have to say I prefer Tomford ombre leather but for the price this is pretty amazing. The Porto neroli they do I prefer over Tom Ford but this is great but the Tom Ford is better on this clone still worth the $21 I paid.
One that I recently picked up is Cremo Vintage Suede, it smells great and many call it a really close clone of Ombre Leather

Cremo Vintage Suede is a great Ombre Leather clone as well. In fact, I get more compliments from Vintage Suede than Amber & Leather. I don't know why there's not a lot of talk about Cremo Vintage Suede. 🤷🏻♂️
I recently got both, cremo vs and leather and amber. I like both but id have to say cremo vs is the better of the 2. Smells smoother and like a better quality. It should be talked more

I bought this Maison Al-hambra Amber and Leather and Lattafa I am White Leather. They are both outstanding, but I liked the White leather, and I think that's one of the best leather from Lattafa. Pretty close to Memo Irish Leather. I would love the review about that perfume on your channel soon. Cheers for the excellent videos and reviews :D

Toscano Leather by Alhambra is also a solid clone to get ! €30 and it has 80% of Tuscan Leather and 20% of Ombre Leather

Please review 2 new cremo colognes, Vintage Suede and Heritage Red 508. Hr508 can be difficult to find but worth it in my opinion. It is a very spicy amber scent. Very unique. Definitely a fall/winter scent. Perfect for the holidays. They also have the body wash for it. Vintage suede is the closest clone to ombre leather imo.
Love, love this stuff. Sure, some will be able to detect the difference between this and OL, but it's so close that it doesn't matter. Get your back-ups in now because the price will rocket!

I put ombre leather on 6 hours ago and its as powerful as when I first sprayed it this stuff is a monster long lasting scent I suspect I'll have to wash it off before bed

I'm in shock at the reviews on this clone... For me it smells exactly like burning rubber. I do have several lattafa brands however this one will definitely be collecting dust. But still appreciate the review 💯

You can't go wrong with Rara carbon. On my skin it smells amazing and alot fruitier.

This is very overpowering leather to me. I LOVE leather ! I love this fragrance! Smells like you took a nap under a tree in the woods in a leather jacket with moss all around. Major score for me.

I've never smelled Ombre Leather, but if it smells like Amber & Leather, I'm glad I didn't pay that. Smelled like little more than when I leave a cigar lounge. Smoke smoke smoke with a bit of smoke. I guess I can wear it to the gym. That's iffy too.

I’ve been watching a ton of these vids lately after throwing down some serious dough (for me) on Tom Ford Extreme…almost bought an Aventus on sale from Costco but I usually buy Channel Blue Parfum…I wish I could afford to buy another bottle of CB, plus Layton, Channel Egoiste Platinum, maybe a few more of Tom fords…so this is why I’m here… :(

Strangely, the atomizer on my Alhambra Amber & Leather is ten times better than the atomizer on my TF Ombre Leather!!

Hey Ash, I’ve been noticing you’ve been getting into reviewing more clones lately. I was wondering if you could start doing reviews on DUA fragrances. I bought a frag from them last week called “Ottoman Drowned in Vanilla”. It’s a hybrid inspiration of Nishane Ani, and Hacivat. I was absolutely shocked at the accuracy, and quality.
I have a clone of Homme Intense from Dua which I regret buying as it's more expensive than original per ml. And it smells cheap and too thick. Dua amps up the notes too much for sake of performance.
I've owned quite a bit of Dua's and they've been hit or miss. Very expensive per ml so I don't think I'd repurchase again.

@@romanashikhmin805 I will say that the notes are definitely thick in this Ottoman. Especially the vanilla. It doesn’t smell like cheap ingredients though. I did notice that the one you bought didn’t really have the best reviews on the website. Give the one I got a try if you like Ani, and Hacivat.

Ombré doesn't mean 'Amber', but 'shadow' or 'blend'. I Googled that before I got my bottle of Ombré Leather in 2019 🙃.
I believe it also means man as in Spanish hombre means man.
French speaker here: ombré litterally means shadowed but the meaning in darkened

Ben Sherman Signature is another Ombre Leather clone you can get them at rack stores.
Keep letting them sleep on Ben Sherman while us that know buy all the bottles for little to nothing. I have 8 of them so far and buying everyone I see to resale for profit.

Please review lattafas opulent oud! Let it macerate for a few weeks and it’s just something different, no clone, the best 30 bucks I ever invested. It’s my favorite winter cheapie and there are no real reviews about it yet on UA-cam

@@finalelement1 yes! It’s definitely something else, especially the sweet smoky drydown. Although I didn’t got the best of reactions on it until now. I wouldn’t recommend you to spray on clothes, wore a turtleneck yesterday so I had to spray only on clothes and got quite a bad feedback from 2 people 😂

I just got this yesterday. As of right now, I am not a fan. It really does smell like leather though, just straight up brand new leather. The first thing that the smell reminded me of was my wallet and not the contents of it, just the wallet, a brand new leather wallet lol. I cannot pick up on anything else what so ever. At some point maybe like 20-30mins in it hits like a skanky leather vibe(sweaty leather/animalic). And that seems to be it. I will let this sit for a while before I use it again just to see if age helps it. I'm just glad I did not get the TF version... Yet.
The real one is miles better, believe me I have both and the fake one is literally trash

Awesome vid. You should review Toscano Leather! I hear it’s supposed to be a 1 to 1 clone of Tuscan Leather. I know a lot of people claim that La Yuqawam Pour Homme is the best clone, but it’s not. No smokiness, no leather, just a blast of raspberry and something else.
Tried this as my first l'eather fragrance. Wasn't a fan. At least, I didn't pay a lot.
And will try to grow into the smell.

For $20 it’s not a bad deal. It’s not anywhere as smooth or as refined as Ombré leather. It’s more harsh and the leather note smells harsh

I bought this as soon as it dropped. They didn’t have a pic so I didn’t know it was a clone of Ombre Leather. I don’t know what Ombre smells like but I still want the original. I like it tho.

Maison Alhambra must be run by a fraghead. They actually made a clone of Amouage's Library Collection Opus V (called Optus V 🤣). Seriously, making a clone of an Amouage Library Collection fragrance... Who does that?! 😱 Also, did you review their Kismet for Men, yet? It's either a Rochas Moustache EDP or YSL Tuxedo clone.

@@ryanbowen4029 I'd love to see Consumer Reports do a side by side chemical comparison of the designer fragrances and their clones. We know that designer fragrances will last a number of decades with some loss of the citrus top notes. How long will these middle eastern clones last before they turn? Remember that no perfumer is attaching his name to these clones.

Its not sweet like ombré leather but its still the same smell. I think its more of a clone of ombré leather parfum. Layering it properly and using it with a sweet fragrance can make it smell like the original ombre leather edp. Thats what i did
