If you've never struggled as a killer, then clearly you've never been one before. So don't worry about it. Nobody can play killer and be able to challenge Team Eternal without lots of experiences.
a good tip to be a killer is not to expect a 4k everygame, try to make small incremental challenges for yourself such as hook two people, or win a mindgame at a difficult loop.

Haha I want to record something like this with trapper, territorial imperative, monstrous shrine, bamboozle, enduring, and the map to have the basement in the killershack xD
LMAO I was the Vittorio in that last match. Me and my friend were trying to farm for the healing in basement achievement as fast as possible 😅but it's ok bc we got like 19 heals the next match 😌glad we got that shit over with bruh
Right he over here calling him a meme he was tryna play smart but the sables kept trying to heal him the plot twist would’ve gave the killer 0 intel and they possibly could’ve finished the gens
He guy kept plot twisting cause it was the smart thing to do he knew the basement was setup that way but the sable wards kept coming down to heal him if they didn’t go down there to heal him and just unhook him his plot twist would’ve been able to get him up without giving the killer any intel but they just kept trying to heal him…he was playing smart
'Invocation: Weaving Spiders' has replaced 'Self Healing' as the best killer perk. Two hole minutes of a survivor hiding in the basement, not doing the objective, to apply a 'Brand new part' to all gens. It takes over double the amount of time than if you were to physically repair said generators for the equivalent of a brand new part. It is a ridiculous waste of time, and gives survivors (specially solo q-ers) another reason to avoid the main objective, and it even leaves you broken for the remainder of the trial, which is absolutely ridiculous, a downside for a downside.
That math isn't correct. You get 70 charges in 120 seconds that are permanent. If the other soloqueue people recognize what's happening, it's pretty easy to get multiple gens done. It's better in SWF, but the longer people play with it, the more likely it is that survivors will learn to stop at 10% so they can move on to the next gen, rather than trying to finish their gens outright. Couple it with perks designed to go with it, like Resilience, and things get better. Right now I do Spiders, Distortion (to stop this sort of thing), resilience and deja vu. Bring in a commodius box with another brand new part and on any 3-gen you just tear through gens.
@@Venjamin Considering you only need 5 gens to power the gates, the math is correct. A brand new part shaves 10 seconds off a gen, multiplied by 5 for a total of 50 seconds. With invocation, you are spending 70 more seconds (2.3 times, more than double in hexadecimal) stuck in the basement to apply the effect to other 2 gens you don't need, while also not being a part of the team, looping the killer, unhooking, healing, cleansing, and actually doing gens. Plus, if the killer goes down to the basement, you are literally giving away at least one hook stage for free, no chase needed, no time wasted on their side. So, yes, Invocation is the new best killer perk on the survivor side, even if you had to get out the trial powering all 7 gens (or only took the time equivalent to 5 gens), and the process didn't left you broken for the remainder of the trial. Its literally ALL downsides.
"For the first time ever, perks that are directly tied to the basement." Territorial Imperative and Monstrous Shrine would like to have a word with you.
In the first game there is a DBD sage there. The Sable named "Invocation = 4K" gets it. Weaving Spiders has to be the best killer perk released since Scourge Hook Pain Resonance.
I usually don't buy skins for new killers until I know how to play as them, but the cheerleader skin has to be one of the best BHVR has ever created 😂 It was an instant purchase and they look so pretty! They look bonita
Spooky, you should also try the flip side of this and play the new survivor using Invocation and Distortion. In fact, you could combine those with No Mither (so Invocation’s penalty doesn’t matter then) and a perk that works when you are injured (e.g. Resilience, Iron Will, etc). It’d be risky being broken the whole match but hopefully with Distortion you could get the Invocation done and then with No Mither and the other injury related perk get some buffs afterward when you do gens normally.
This is exactly why the survivor perks were completely dead on arrival. Not only were they weak, they were all focussed on the basement which meant killers could run these perks and just absolutely destroy people
Killers aren't going to run Territorial until the end of time. Once the hype wears off they'll switch back to normal builds just like what happened with Plot Twist & Deerstalker. Also Strength in Shadows and Wicked are by no means dead on arrival. They're solid perks.
My starting build for Spiders ALWAYS included distortion for this EXACT reason. Lol My current build is Distortion, Spiders, Deja Vu, and Resilience. If you're against the doc, legion, or cyber-blob, you just gotta accept you're down a perk and do your best.
