I love Samsung as i have a Motorola phone (parents hand-me-down) i have a Samsung Galaxy tab a 10.1 2019 and I've had it since launch and it's spot Less it's been in such great cases
Wow, and I thought my phone was old. I just got this phone to replace my Galaxy S5 which I loved so much. I see some things are much better with this A53. Just have to get used to using it.
Thank you for your video. I"m new to the Android World, and I just bought this product and you've made it so much easier to getting through the features. I'm an iPhone/IOS user for all of my tech stuff as I'm more savvy in working with the IOS system. I only bought this Samsung Galaxy A53 5G for it's Auto-Accept feature in the UBER app.
Glad it helped. I know what you mean, I actually use an iPhone 13 for my personal phone but a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE for business, iOS and Android definitely have their own advantages
picked up mine today and kid you not, in the morning an old man brought a black letting me get up close to it and query the clerk like the internal memory size that worried me at first. That afternoon brought my blue. 128 gig.
Thanks for this intro. I'm very new to "smart" phones and really don't much like or have use for them, but my carrier doesn't allow much of a flip phone anymore so here I am :-( Can you PLEASE show how to work with the phone? (1) Trying to communicate with a business, I can get through to the number but then can't do anything with the menu options -- can't see where the keyboard is to enter "1" or whatever menu item I want. (2) The other issue is with ending the call. Again, the screen is just black and doesn't respond to my punching it to get something to come up. It seems to finally hang up, but I don't know how. I wonder if I'm the only person who has this problem?
Helpful video. Sorta shrugged it off at first coming on a auto-play, but just got this phone and glad this popped up in rotation as I was trying to figure out a couple things. I swear the internet search engines read minds lol. One question I still have though is there any way to change the app screen to scroll up and down instead of left to right pages? It feels counter intuitive as someone used to LG or Motorola phones. I can adjust to it, but it feels silly to me.
Very useful video! I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy A53 G as a replacemnt from my old, broken Blackberry K1 running Android 8 and this video helped me get used to the later version. However, I am having trouble trying to get my email to work on anything other than Gmail. On the Blackberry There was a mail agent that allowed me to set up several email accounts from different suppliers, (NOT only Gmail!), but although I have set up two accounts on the A53 I receive no mail! Is there a Samsung mail agent other than GMail? Perhaps there is a u-tube guide that covers this issue... Thanks for a great video.
Now that you enabled a fingerprint check :30 for the lock screen of your Galaxy A53 rest assured that the phone will ignore all the trouble you went to setting up fingerprint. The phone will not allow you use fingerprint to unlock the phone once every four days or after you restart the phone unless you use a password or pattern. Why? This an Android security measure.
question, can you or do you already have a short little tutorial in which you can show what is the name of the setting that allows the microphone to be used and 2 I had a headache I realize that the name settings is very imposing the idea of looking into the top bar with settings, is the name settings itself
Go to setting press build number 7 times and your find developer options pop up your be able to go into developer options and change the hidden settings within developer options.
Nice video. I have an older Samsung S8 Plus and thinking about getting an A53 so thanks for the information. It's perfect for me, except it does not support Samsung DEX, which I would like to use more. With S8 Plus, I did not like the curved screen, although it does look cool, I can't seem to index the contacts page as quickly as I would like.
Very good! Hey any suggestions for accessories to protect it? I'm new.. Does it need just a case? And are some the back only vs. Front and back? Thank you!!
Hey thanks for watching! So for starters, yeah I would definitely recommend a case. My favorite case I use for my personal phone is made by Spigen, I think the name is different for every phone but for the A53 5G it's called the Spigen Ultra Hybrid, only like $13 on Amazon and it's super durable. The other thing I would HIGHLY recommend is a tempered glass screen protector. Supershieldz is the first brand I can think of off the top of my head but I wanna say pretty much all of them on Amazon are completely generic and basically interchangeable so you can get any one you want as long as you make sure it's made of tempered glass specifically designed for your phone. Those should be no more than $7-10 for a pack of three, and honestly in my experience you'll probably never use more than 1 for the life of the phone, they last a while and they're pretty hard to damage. But with those two things, your phone should be safe!
i had figured out most - what I'm looking for is the Samsung email app which was NOT pre-loaded. And, it doesn't appear that Samsung has its own client. When I selected "other" and created an email address it then sent me to Inbox to verify. When I selected Inbox the phone didn't map it to an email client but instead either "Samsung Internet" or Chrome. Obviously that didn't open anything - got a blank page. Any info would be speculated as did like to start a new account - not on Gmail!
Probably use a lock screen is a good idea for security for our phone however, if we forgot pattern or any securities style that put up on our phone it would be lame, we cannot open our phone no matter how many times we try, We should bring our phone to our favorite services to overcome screen lock matter. So, becareful guys!oh ya, my mama bought me Samsung A335G this year i love it.😁
watched your beginners guide, must have changed something that i am not aware of. having issue with sound when i use keyboard and also when i dial a phone number i get this nasty squeezing tone. any suggestions, thanks
Is there a setting that forces the phone to never turn off its real display; i.e., not the one that makes it show the clock?? Also, how am I supposed to disconnect this phone from a Windows 10 PC? Can't find anything on that. Every time I I unplug it from a Windows 10 laptop I get lots of Samsung A53 popups saying "The device has either stopped responding or been disconnected". I just tried and I got 21 of those popups. What is the correct way to disconnect it? Thx
I got both of those on Amazon. My favorite brand is Anker, I've never gone wrong with them, but honestly I'm pretty sure any generic brand will work just fine. Just be sure whatever chargers you get are at least 25 watts so you can take advantage of the phone's full fast charging. I actually have a link to the wall charger and car charger I use in this video's description if you need it!
What if I was not able connect to the wifi even i have an internet connection? Its always say Internet not available. What troubleshoot do i need to do?
I know exactly what you're talking about, unfortunately it's an annoying thing these phones do every now and then. I have the same issue from time to time, the way I fix it is by turning the WiFi off for a second and then reconnecting it until it works. It sounds weird but it usually works after a couple tries
hi Kalipez , thanks for your videos , really helpful ! 😊 Can I also UNINSTALL some of the apps coming by default with the phone A 53 Galaxy, instead of hiding them? It seems there are many apps I'll make no use of or just dont know what they are used for 🤨 And I dont want a phone full of unnessecary stuff 😐 Could you please give the best advise?
Thanks for watching! Glad they've helped! So to answer your question, yes and no. There are some apps you can uninstall - to do this, press and hold on the app icon and there should be an X on the right side that says "uninstall" under it. But unfortunately there are some apps like the Galaxy Store for example that you can't get rid of, and for those the best you can do is hide them.
@@kalipeztech Thank you so much for taking time to reply! ☺ A friend helped me with moving the contacts from my old phone and I couldnt keep a close eye on the installation, I should have cancelled those apps when switching on my phone for the first time or it is really nothing I could do to get rid of them ?? Sorry to bother with more questions , just wanted to know if i did something wrong🙄
What a piece of crap speaking from experience brand-new it wouldn't even accept a signal for 2 days 6 technicians couldn't get it to work and then I turned it off and it wouldn't start they're going to probably send me a used piece of crap after spending all that money for a new one
Just bought an A53 from an iphone. Thank you for this video. It has made my life easier getting set up. Very clear and concise for a beginner.
Glad it helped!
I just switched to samsung and am impressed. Ifeel stupid for defending apple the past decade
I love Samsung as i have a Motorola phone (parents hand-me-down) i have a Samsung Galaxy tab a 10.1 2019 and I've had it since launch and it's spot Less it's been in such great cases

Just got mine last week--it's been great so far . . . my first Samsung since the Galaxy S4.
I got mine this week first since s3

Excellent after any update get slower most of the RAM memory is cash you have to clean cash by yourself and after minute it's back Good Luck everyone
I use ADO scheduled, 12 to 6 off, other time on, it is a very cool feature and setting. I like also control my music player from it.

in case the fingerprint doesn't want to work, it will default to the pattern or pin you set up.
