So turn right to isolate and drain, turn left to close drainage and connrct to the system again? I remember using one of these valves but there was no manual available at the time...
But from the looks of it, since the Expansion vessel is high up, you aren`t completely empyting it out of the water to have an accurate meassurement. It might say 0.65 but in reality it could be alot less.

is that balloon analogy the case will vessels then? they will always inevitably lose pressure? thanks
