Many prominent figures in science, art or politics are well known to society, but Carl Jung not so much. Yet, his work and his attitude is so precious, so profound. I don't think people understand how great he is. He is a giant, like a shining star, forever and ever.

Jung took a scientific approach to the honest interpretation of the Self.
He embraced the dark as well as the light to arrive at the true nature of our being, thus negating the need to believe.
He realized that we're part of "God", as opposed to separate from It.

I absolutely cannot imagine my life without Jung and his influence on Western culture, art, and thought.

    wonderful interview.
was glad to hear his thoughts on the term 'belief'.
one either understands it to be so or not.
to me 'belief' is deeply imbued with hope.

Jung knew if he allowed them draw his portrait he would completely lose control of his shadow.

Such a fresh breath of air juxtaposed against the claustrophobia of the reductionists.
