he has to find something negative about everything lol if someone found a cure for all types of cancer he would still bitch about it and loves talking about pedos for some reason
For a content creator who doesn’t even create content beyond this podcast, Kaya sure is critical about any and all content. Maybe he’ll make something someday that the audience can poopoo on just like he does with everything that doesn’t meet his standards
I legitimately feel like Kaya has to be intentionally not understanding why an actor lying about their race to get a role is a problem. Like, it's not some huge scandal or whatever but it's undeniably a problem when someone lies to get a job, no matter what that job is. Edit: also, what the hell, pirating is *not* easier than streaming unless you're trying to hunt down something obscure. Kaya is on a wild one today.
The only way I could justify him thinking that is thats he's a weeb. Cause the only common situation where piracy is easier to use and is often better than mainstream is with anime
I never noticed anything wrong or annoying with Kaya's behaviour so the hate towards him in this comment section has me baffled but I am genuinely curious who talks the most in this podcast lol
@Jonabob87 Not knowing what a casting call is and why people would be mad that someone faked their race. Getting mad people dont pirate, being confidently wrong about how to do it, saying stealing is wrong, but he's done it.
A lil annoying Kaya harps so hard about Jackson not remembering a line from a movie then immediately gets butthurt about not having good memory for trivia and ofc being a sourpuss with fun.
How to know that Kaya doesn't torrent correctly: states that it's more of a hassle to use streaming services because you need a VPN. If you ain't using a VPN while torrenting, you're probably a part of the group he's making fun of.
Nah, i have learned through years of piracy that he most experienced pirates most often don't use a VPN. It's definitely not bad to use a VPN, and I strongly recommend it when teaching about piracy. Especially if you live in Germany, but i don't use one myself anymore.
Ezra’s crimes and WB’s reluctance to do anything about it made the movie get what it 100% deserved. It’s too bad that the CW’s Flash initially got me interested in superhero movies/tv shows, and if Ezra didn’t commit any crime, then I’m sure it would’ve went well
@@nazomius7033 CW's Arrow has recently gotten me into the whole Arrow & Flash universe. To save myself once I start watching CW Flash, I won't watch that Flash movie. Ever.
It's good to see Kaya still consistently brings the podcast down. For a guy who constantly shit on Twitter for being dumb, he sure loves to be outraged be it. He spends so much time being chronically online that he's becoming the lolcows he always laughs at
My days of torrenting started with Limewire and going through the links trying to find music that worked because getting that one song you want was impossible at the time, from having to buy whole CDs just for one track. These kids have it easy and clearly they never had the problems of their shows or games getting yanked at any time with no legal avenue of purchasing them because of arbitrary reasons.
Kaya's shtick as an insufferable contrarian turned out to be his whole personality. For a guy who had an amazing job handed to him by a friend, he is such an arrogant prick, full of anger, and screaming and sounding just like the lol cows he laughs at. Its nice when he actually has a decent conversation.
Eh I don't really see what you guys are whining about yet, then again I'm only in the first 10 minutes. I may have just gotten used to him after the hundreds of episodes I've watched.
I remember my grandma when ppl talk about technological illiteracy. She never learned how to use the remote control properly, she only could turn the TV on and off and change channeles from the numbered buttons. Even that sometimes would confuse her, she felt she needed to stay in a specific position at a specific incline. My grandfather adapted just fine though. The weird thing is my grandma was very intelligent, in actuality. Sometimes I would visit them with my laptop and i would put some music on or so, she would start asking questions about the things she was seeing on my screen. I had tried my best to explain what folders and windows were, however I was still in my teens so I did not have the mind i do now to explain abstract concepts like that to someone who cannot grasp them. She was making the most weird associations and abstractions trying to understand how the thing worked, never got it right but damn her mind was a puzzle. Miss her so

Jackson's the most grown up, not to proud to admit defeat, will acknowledge when he's wrong and will learn. This podcast is just essentially 3 grown men in their 30s going "nuh uh you're an idiot". Spoiler Warning: Actually with regards to the Flash, Charlie was partially incorrect. Jay Garrick was in the multiverse collision scene, he was running within the speedforce in the B&W multiverse bubble for a quick second. Jackson asking, “What could it possibly be?” in terms of his bad memory led me to how I felt with mine until I realized it’s a symptom of ADHD and depression. I’m not sure on either of those things for Jackson, but he could definitely have undiagnosed ADHD and not really know about it. A lot of people don’t know they have it.
@@cynicat74 not what I said, I suggested he *could possibly* have ADHD, as it’s a common symptom that people don’t really think about. If he has other common symptoms that a lot of people just live through without thinking about like frequently losing stuff or difficulty focusing on tasks it’s something he could consider being evaluated for. He asked why, and I had been there and I related to that moment of his frustration and confusion and shared what it led me to. Maybe instead of twisting what I said you could think for like half a second about what the intent is and actually read the words I said. I made no assumptions and actually explicitly said I wasn’t sure, because obviously I don’t know him personally. People generally have a pretty good idea when they’re depressed, but ADHD isn’t always easy to pinpoint so that’s the only reason I said that. You should always look to be evaluated by a professional, even in the cases that seem obvious like suspected depression because you could have something else like bipolar which shares a lot of symptoms. You should stop assuming things, jumping to conclusions and putting words in other’s mouths.

Nah, i have learned through years of piracy that he most experienced pirates most often don't use a VPN. It's definitely not bad to use a VPN, and I strongly recommend it when teaching about piracy. Especially if you live in Germany, but i don't use one myself anymore.
You also don’t have to set a specific country to use a vpn to torrent, while streaming on the other hand does.

Jackson asking, “What could it possibly be?” in terms of his bad memory led me to how I felt with mine until I realized it’s a symptom of ADHD and depression.
