Hey guys! I started binge watching your videos about a year ago and it inspired me to get back into ice fishing! Got out on the ice yesterday for the first time in a while and we got into the gills,crappie,walleye, and bass! Heart was racing with every mark! I went ice fishing for the very first time the other day. I now understand the hype. I only caught a few gills in the short window I had. I seen a lot more marks wish i had more time! Hope to get on it again if the temps drop

I’m Native American, I was thinking if we go fishing on the Rez (Leech lake, Red Lake, Mille Lacs) we could do a catch and cook incorporating Native American staple foods. I think it’d be fun, make some amazing content and get some of my culture out there. Think about the crazy title you could make to that video 😂.

Hey Mur, quick question, when you’re out on the ice for so long & you have to drop a deuce, what do you do with your used toilet paper? Do you just hope for “ghost poo” or a “clean execution” or do you dig a hole in the ice & go for a “splash & dash”? It seems carrying around your “poop receipt” would be a real drag & you might leave a skid mark.
I have to admit the vid I watched before this was mav's then yours posted cool seeing boths perspectives have to throw in there also in my almost 60 yrs on this planet mav is the 1st person I think I have ever seen peel a nanner from the other end

So wish it would freez over down here in southern Illinois, took my 5 year old son to the spillwa y at rend Lake and he relled in a 13 pound carp. It's always awesome to get your kid to catch a fish regardless of the species
