Beautiful work on your projects! Wow, I can’t believe your Soda Stitch round robin is almost finished, seems like you ladies just started that. Your Blue Jays are stunning! ☺️💕
Awe. Those 6 little girls ❤ them! Thanks for sharing! Tattooed stitcher! Jordan. I love watching her stuff. The soda ones are adorable! One year I’ll get to those. I have so many I’m committed to already. When I did my 2024 projected projects video- I was shocked at how many I have going 😮😂 Don’t worry about the saw. I’m sure we were absorbed in what you were saying enough not to notice. ❤
The lighting was fine, it did darken a bit but not horrible. The round robin was fun to see. I’m glad you enjoyed yourself with it. You should plan a trip to the north so the kids can experience a good amount of snow. My cousin lives in Colorado there’s plenty of snow there. They are having a snow sculpture thing going on and plenty of skiing. Happy Stitching 🧵🪡
Thank you Caryl! I did edit the lighting before I uploaded so it wasn't quite as bad in the end. Colorado is top of list of states I want to visit. It looks so beautiful there.
I enjoyed seeing all your beautiful stitching. Everytime you show your hobbit house project ,it makes me smile:) I wil be looking forward to seeing your finish on it. Take care and happy stitching.
Glad to see that you're doing well! That Dimensions Japanese Garden is just looking fantastic - makes me want to start a new Dimensions (bad Kat, stay away from the Dimensions stash. Hope you have a lovely February!
You should lol! Thank you for your kind words. And it was YOU I was picturing in my head with the Blue Jays - I'm so sorry your name escaped me in that moment! I love your channel.
I think I can help you. I heard you say you missed the song birds. Have you thought about putting out feed for them? Get you some bird feeders that closes when a squirrel or larger bird lands on it. Only the light birds like blue jays, finches, chickadees can feed. Put your bird feeder close to a bush or tree where they can go hide. Also get a shallow bird bath. It's important for it to be shallow. A large flower pot tray will do. Set it up high on a pedestal for them to bath and drink. You will need to keep the feeders and bird bath filled. It will take a few weeks for them to find it so be patient and you will have them twittering in the trees all around you. Our song birds are challenged and this is the way you can give them a helping hand.
Thank you for the tips! I think I will put out some bird feeders - great idea! I haven't heard the jays at our state parks either, where we spend a lot of time this time of year.
Hi Mary! Love these projects! Those Joan Elliot blue ornaments really catch my eye, and that Luca S scene is one of my favorites that you're working on. Oh, and I can tell you where all your blue jays are...up here in PA! We have whole gangs of them that show up on our property various times throughout the year. I love the sounds of them, gives me nostalgia from my youth when we went to wooded pavilion parks for late summer church picnics and family reunions. Your lighting and sound was fine, btw. Most outside noises don't seem to be picked up much, and for lighting, I think too much light is worse...washes out the fabric, and all the lighter colors. 💜💙💜
Thank you! I'm not actually positive what the fabric shown here is. It is a linen, probably 28 ct? It wasn't my piece or labeled. The one in this video was Rogue Mama Stitcher's. I know the fabric I chose was 32 ct lugana in Illusion by Mystic Fabrics. Thanks for watching!
Hi Mary. Beautiful stitching. That Hobbit project- I must stitch it! Maybe I missed it, but is the project from Etsy and is it called Halfling’s House in Spring by Maria Brovko?
Oh thank you! It looks like she changed the name of it - it used to be called Green Courtyard in the Shire when I bought it. Thanks for letting me know the name is different now on Etsy - yes that's the same one! :)

Beautiful stitches! I love birds. We have blue jays in TN. We put out bird seed and suet cakes. 😍
That's Wonderful, I'm happy to hear they're alive and well!

Thanks, Steve! I'm so happy to hear you still have jays! I don't blame them for liking PA better! 🤣
I love you RR of the pinup girls ❤ what count fabric was that one stitched on. I keep coming back hoping you will say but I am not sure you do 😊
