This is freaking awesome! If ure looking for a thinner hinge/rivet so u Dont need the cardboard, take plastic earbud sticks, cut them slightly longer than u need, punch a hole, stick thru and then melt both sides (I usually cut one side, melt, stick, measure, cut, insert, melt). It essentially gives u quite a tough little paper rivet for next to no cost.
Can't wait to see next gen. Would love a way to get the brake cables easier to hide away. You're inspiring me to finally do spider gwen ❤
