This is not a cheaply made product and we wanted to bring back getting more than what you paid for. We are working on including the thermal neoprene insert for the same price if we can get our volumes up. Lifetime guarantee and if something breaks, we fix it, and send it back. This keeps materials out of the landfill. The next evolution of the system will be released when its ready, and goes with our chair systems. Let us know if you have any more questions.
