Thank you for the in depth review. I've been eyeing this bag for awhile now but might hold off until maybe I can find it on sale. Love all my Lug bags (haven't had a quality issue yet) and for the price we pay for them I would expect a little better quality control.
I have never had any issues with Lug bags until my mom bought me one for my birthday. It came undone so, my mom is getting me another one. I am going to donate my old one to Goodwill. I dont have the box nor the invoice to it since its been like a year that I have had it. Always check your crossbody bags real good. Make sure they don't have torn places or other. If they do call the place that you ordered from for a refund or for another one. Just a helpful tip..

I got this bag in black and I absolutely LOVE it! I love Lug bags, I have so many. I would definitely write them and get the replacement. I wouldn’t just return it and not get another one. It’s a great bag; definitely a must have!

I bought the same style mini Ranger in the Shibori Teal and I sent mine back because it had tiny little cuts in the four corners of the cell phone pocket. I would definitely send it back for all the reasons you listed. Those would drive me nuts as well. And for the amount of money we pay for these bags they should not have those issues.
Yes, I agree about those threads. I would not like that either. LUG bags aren't exactly cheap. I have found out that if I don't love a bag right away, I return it and keep up with my search for the perfect bag🙂
I recently got the lug freestyle slider and I adore it. Also glad I picked that version as the original comes in this material and I would be concerned it would have the same issues you mentioned in the video. Edit: Mead planners are the best.
Love love love your videos your voice is so cute and sweet. I love Lug but like you I feel really frustrated with the quality of their new releases 😕 . I think you should send it back , i bought this bag in black and boho floral and they were fine on the outside but the inside lining is weird like it has extra fabric and it bunches up . 😒

If you can live with those few things that nobody's going to zoom in on but you call the log people and tell them and they will disconnect they will take a lot of money off of that handbag as opposed to send it back because they'll just have to throw it away maybe you could get a free handbag I've done it before
I think the print is very cute. I think they could’ve done a better job with the construction of the bag. They always say they have organization for everything in their bags and I think IMO that this one is a bit lacking with the details you mentioned. Also the loose threads reminds me of hair strands too. I am also picky about the bags I carry and I agree with you-what’s up with all the hearts? They should’ve had more bone print instead. I also have a few lug bags but haven’t gotten any new ones in a long time. TFS.

I have to say I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I bought the exact same bag and it was perfect. No strings. Everything sewd on straight. Not alot of bones inside but it seems there's a little more showing than on your bag. It is an adorable bag. I'm sorry you got one with some boo boos.

I’m the same way…if I see something wrong or “off” about a purse, it really bothers me and then I either don’t want to carry it or take it back or donate it. Maybe this one was just a fluke and maybe if you send it back and reorder it you might get one that’s in perfect condition. Great video as always but I’m sorry about the bag.

The bag is absolutely purrrrrrrfect for my needs, too. But like you, I couldn’t deal paying that much money and have all of those obvious flaws!!! Their interior name tag had fraying. I would love to save for this bag but I would not keep it with these huge imperfections! That’s horrible manufacturing. Has Lug outsourced to a shady manufacturer? That would be my guess. If I were you, I would contact Lug and insist they send you a new one from within the states and pay your shipping etc. Please keep us updated. Lug's return process is pretty straightforward. If it makes you less than happy, it's not your bag.
Even one complaint is enough to ruin a bag.

Lug bags have been getting made in China. However, maybe they have chosen a new country.

I don't think I'd be happy with that bag the crooked label and the threads would bug me. I'm surprised, it just looks like shoddy workmanship.
