В начале первой части я упоминала о дегидрации Селин.
Счастливой, сытой и беззаботной жизнью она не жила. Макаки не кормят чужих дитенышей. Но оставаться голодной при родной матери. Извините, но это крайняя мера цинизма.
Селин не здорова и очень обеспокоенная:
0:26-0:29, 0:31-0:33 - грустная
5:08 - она с такой тоской смотрит на маму, когда Кальвин пытатся вернуться на соски. А она очень голодная. Ее мучает жажда.
0:26, 0:35, 1:07, 1:15, 3:27, 4:19, 4:37 - ее мордочка заметно похудела
3:31-3:33, 3:48, 5:07 - видны ребра и живот впал
2:43 - Селин тянется, и вы можете увидеть, как под кожей проступают ключицы.
2:46, 3:14 - у Селин западают глаза, и она очень похожа на Кальвина в период охлаждения от него Каси
2:05, 2:40-3:05, 3:25-3:27, 4:23-4:27, 4:58 - Селин сосет и ворочает языком, зажимает губами кончик языка. Явный признак жажды. Такие же движения совершал Кальвин, когда находился с Чико и хотел пить.
1:01-2:04, 2:08-2:32, 5:00-5:04 - Селин активно сосет пальцы и руку, пытаясь снять нервное напряжение.
I am surprised that mom and adorable daughter didnt have nervous breakdowns.
And rather that throwing a fit like Calvin, poor Celine would chew her fingernails waiting for Calvin to finish his turn

Спасибо вам большое, что прочитали мой длинный комментарий с большим количеством ссылок на время происходящего.
Я склоняюсь к мысли, что Селин страдала от нервного срыва. Пока с ними был Кальвин.
Порой она судорожно искала сосок. Так словно ей не досталось молока и она боиться, что ей не удасться удовлетворить жажду и голод. Ведь придет Кальвин и начнет ее отталкивать, царапать и тянуть ее. Это хороший показатель насколько она была беззащитна перед нападками Кальвина.
Если Селин замечала Кальвина поблизости. Она бросала все игры, дела, общение и неслась на грудь матери.
Забавно, но она даже специально ловила взгляд Кальвина показывая ему, что это ее место у груди, а не его. В ответ Кальвин делал то же самое.

@@bottlethrower1544Кальвина кормили очень хорошо. С учетом того, что в молоке меньше протеинов, чем ему требуется. А он растет и выглядит здоровым. Явный признак ежедневного кормления. И уменьшения поорции бедной Селин. Он выбрал вид беспомощного дитеныша для уделения большего внимания и молока.
Я уже предложила поклонникам Кальвина ударить себя сковородкой, под другим видео, в котором Кальвин объедается молоком.

В клиниках после рождения есть дети 2500 кг и 4200 кг. Но значит ли это что ребенка за 4200 кормят лучше, чем ребенка 2500? Нет, это физиологическая особенность каждого ребенка. Разные размеры Селин и Кальвина то же.
С начала видео Кальвин пьет молоко. Селин находиться позади него.
Селин терпеливо ждет своей очереди.
0:49 - Селин добирается до свободного соска и начинает сосать. Но видео обрезали
3:17 - Селин пытается добраться до сосков и выпить молока. Кальвин прижимается к груди и не пускает Селин.
3:35-4:06 - Селин выказывает беспокойное поведение у груди. Она тяжело дышит, как человек при захлебывающем плаче. 4:02 четко видно, что сосок во рту Селин. Но она по-прежнему беспокойная и нервная. ДЛЯ НЕЕ В ГРУДИ НЕ ОСТАЛОСЬ МОЛОКА. 4:05 она отпускает сосок.
3:38 - Каси смахивает руку Селин со своего лица. Дочь хватается за мех на плече матери. Вспомним как действует Кальвин в аналогичной ситуации.
3:46 - Каси оттаскивает голову Кальвина от груди. Но стоило Каси отпустить, как Кальвин снова начал искать сосок.
3:57 - Селин держит Кальвина задней лапкой. Как делает ее мама.
4:12 Кальвин дремлет, спокойно лежит на спине. Он вполне сытый и довольный детеныш макаки.
5:06 - Кальвин приподнимает голову с целью вернуться на грудь и продолжить насыщаться молоком.
5:10 Каси притягивает Селин к груди. Кальвин пищит в протесте, что его убрали от груди. Каси подбирает и его. Но он требует, чтобы Селин убрали с груди
5:16 - закономерно Каси угрожает Кальвину приказывая прекратить истерику. Так как настала очередь Селин расслабиться у груди и выпить молока.
5:31 - Кальвин лежит на спине. Он подносит лапку к горлу, прося покормить его. И сосет язык будто от жажды.
6:00 -повторяет просьбу покормить его.
6:05 - Кальвин, не дождавшись действий Каси, предпринимает самостоятельную попытку вернуться на грудь. Но его ловит Каси. Он начинает протестующе верещать. Но его протест вялый. Похоже он сыт и решил применить другую стратегию возвращения на грудь.
7:06 - Кальвин лежит перед Каси с видом смертельно голодного дитеныша. Безучастный и несчастный. 7:16 - взгляд Кальвина на мгновение жесткий и твердый добиться своего. Через секунду его мордочка становиться очень насчастной.
7:25 - у Кальвина запавшие глаза. Но мордочка у него круглее (сытая), чем у Селин. Явно молока двоим дитенышам не хватает. Так потребность Кальвина в молоке очень высоки. Только все молоко Каси способно удовлетворить его потребности.
7:20-8:06 - Кальвин вытянул руку. Когда Каси взяла за нее. Он мягко вытянул руку. Кальвин выставляет руку для привлечения внимания. Выпрашивает кормление.
8:09 - Каси отказывает ему
9:06-9:08 - разочарованный вид Кальвина, когда он понимает, что молока не получит и Селин с груди не снимут.
9:11 Кальвин закатывает глаза в "голодном" обмороке.
9:41 - глаза Кальвина двигаются. Он следит, прислушивается. Он явно умнее и способнее, чем показывает Каси. Но он выбрал стратегию «помогите слабейшему из двоих», но при этом демонстрировал энергию и силу бороться за обладание бесконтрольного пребывания у груди. Ни чем более не интересуясь.
Добавлю, что поведение Кальвина в данном видео показыввает второй способ добиться желаемого.

She was letting Calvin eat for a long time before she pulled him off. He would stay planted on her 24 hours a day if she didn't regulate how much he eats. She kept him from starving but it wasn't ever good enough for him. Sad story
Celine sucking her fingers, waiting for you know who to finish and hopefully leave her any milk. At 3:09 she starts patting mom's face for attention, gives little hope at 3:28, Serious rooting and hanging from mom's eyebrow, Finally, at 3:47 mom pulls the milk slug away by his hairdo, Celine using full body tactic to try and position to nurse, 3:59, gets in mom's face, hey mom, remember me? 4:26 Celine starts mouthing her hunger, looking up to get Casi's attention, I'm really hungry, at 5:08 she says "Mom!" looking directly at Casi and finally mom reseats the babies. Admonishes milk slug for resisting, Milk Slug hits Celine on the head, finally Celine can nurse.6:09 Milk Slug shows displeasure has to have mom straighten his hair. This went on 24/7. How many times a day and the entire night Casi had to monitor the milk flow, keep the slug in line, make sure Celine was eating and try to catnap herself. If a human being mother had to do this countless times a day and all night, with no break in her vigilance, she would be frantic and exhausted and really mad at the interloper. For those who think she was cruel to Calvin, remember what just this one interlude cost all of them in effort and attention, I'd say Casi was an exemplary mother.

She didnt thrash about like a fish out of wster... or refuse to cling properly... or tear clumps of hair from Casi's face, chest, neck and breasts. You’re very naive about these animals… especially considering you’ve been around for awhile watching them. Again, is Calvin the only monkey you’ve watched? Im not being sarcastic but curious. Everything has happened within these troops and if you would just look beyond the Calvin videos, you would know the answer you seek.
Casi would defend Celine fiercely and if she wanted to, she could call the whole troop over to help her fight. (The male with his 5 inch canines too).
These are WILD ANIMALS and Casis instincts tell her to protect her own offspring…. A human walking up and trying to “help” her baby, she’s going to see as a threat. Not helpful. These are not cute little fuzzy humans.

Casi needs to start weaning Celine anyways, its time for her to start learning to find her own food..
Celene isnt even 2 weeks old...has no teeth. She's right where she needs to be...in her mother's chest drinking as much as she can! And doing her best to protect her milk supply! Your comment is ludicrous.
Celine is her baby and that’s why she left Calvin at the end of April and didn’t take him back in order to focus on her real baby and to have more peace and milk for Celine. So Calvin managed to not only get rejected one time by his mother, but twice the second time by Casi. He suffered unimaginable pain and hat to endure the greatest suffering possible both physically and emotionally, the feeling of rejection by Casi whom he held for his mother, the loneliness and isolation, the terrible stages of dehydration and malnourishment, the starvation while getting kicked and pulled by every monkey he got in contact with. He was even beaten up several times by Casi causing him have to real pain, he was assaulted by Chico the kidnapping teenage girl who used him for societal and feeding benefits and for fun as well as training for motherhood. Chico assaulted him several times, chew on his hands and really didn’t care about Calvin’s wellbeing at all, dragging him along while he starving and dehydrating. And on top of that, all the little monkeys bullied him quite a bit, so all in all, there is absolutely no level of suffering and pain that this little Calvin didn’t experience
