I was also at the University campus on 3rd May when the violent began. I didn't expect things would escalated so quick that I calm down expecting they will never do such heinous crime to students. I was actually with the Meitei fren who was a best friend to me before. She was on the phone talking to someone and I overheard their conversation and can see that she (the one my fren talk to on the phone) tries so hard to brainwash my fren. I was scare suddenly when I saw some of my university frens were amongst the goons and then at that moment I heard shouting 'Kukis' near our hostel room. I hide inside my room, lock the door, prayed for my life. I was scare to death. My heart ache to see even the innocent girls are not spare. This violent is purely an ethnic cleansing. The next day ie on 4th May, the Army escorts us till Army camp and they even attack us there.
