Screw Sabbath and tony iommi Martin was the voice of Sabbath for years. Until that is, they made a BUSINESS decision to keep cutting him for fast bucks.
Don't forget Martin was up to some tom fuckery as well. During Dehumanizer when Iommi ran into Dio they got to reminiscing and wanted to do an album if not have Dio rejoin. Martin was aware of this and was told officially that for the moment he was not Sabbath's singer. However, due to Dio and Iommi not able to strike up any good songs, Iommi without Dio's knowledge, returned to Martin and "Cross Proposes" was recorded at the same time as "Dehumanizer" That means at one point in time, there were TWO Sabbaths! Martin was well aware of this and got caught by his record company and as a punishment he was told his album "Back Where I Belong" would not be released in the U.S. Due to Ozzy teasing Iommi with a reunion for over a decade, the underrated album "Forbidden" was released to get Martin out and Iommi was not all that happy that Martin was not up front with his own company during Cross Purposes.

Yeah it really is sad how overlooked and screwed over Tony Martin is. He sang for one of the best bands in Metal of all time and yet barely anyone knows about him because of a certain singer’s manager...
