Using a fork could also scratch a non stick pan, I use a spoon for that reason. I also break the meat up a little before putting it in the pan. What ever floats your boat. 😉 Great recipe thank you.
Merci , moi je mets 1 oignon jaunes ou Espagnole pour plus de goût et ensuite , je n'ajoute pas de carottes non plus pour que le goût des pâtes ne soit pas trop sucré et , il y a beaucoup trop de poivrons doux et ., votre recette n'est pas tellement bonne et votre vidéo est beaucoup trop longue !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Scusa, ma per mè, parti già male: non sono uno chef, ma ho la passione della cucina ed essendo italiano non riesco a veder fare le cose al contrario; se usi olio di oliva o extravergine e aggiungi anche una noce di burro e fai soffriggere prima della carne, la verdura ti accorgerai della differenza. Poi prova usare la cipolla gialla, che è più gustosa, invece di quella rossa, e all' aglio, se gli levi l' anima, diventa più digeribile
