- Peace Love & Vans is an epic vanlife event near Tampa, Florida, organized by Vanlife Outfitters! It's an entire weekend spent in a utopian van village, socializing with fellow nomads and van tours of awesome camper vans, skoolies, and other rigs. There's a jam-packed schedule of events, including yoga, live music on multiple stages, vendors, workshops where you can learn all about vanlife and what it takes to live on the road as a nomad, and a huge raffle with lots of prizes! Peace Love & Vans is a huge event that typically sells out every year, with over 400 rigs in attendance! We had a great time meeting new friends, and also got to know some other youtubers we've been following for some time - FnA Van Life in the house! This family is so down to earth and we really enjoyed spending some quality time with them at this event. We'll put a link to their UA-cam channel below!
Did we mention that it rained nearly the whole time at this year's event? Turns out some rain doesn't stop this awesome community from partying and having a good time. We hope you enjoy this episode!

It would have been so awesome if you guys could have been there! Hopefully next time it won't rain so much. It would be even more amazing with some sunshine. Skoolie Swarm will be a blast editing and reliving those great times!

Hi! We had a blast anyway! And we appreciated the sunshine even more when it came back out on that last day. It was sold out with over 400 vans, and yet many vans didn't even show up because of the rainy forecast. We can't imagine how big it would have felt with all the vans there! We're excited to share our next adventure with you. That was a really different experience. Hope you are doing well!

We were there! I felt so bad for the organizers and vendors. The promotional material said they chose the spot for it's great weather 😒😒I saw myself in your yoga segment! Mostly we enjoyed staying in our cozy van! At least Internet was good. We were able to live stream from the van. Thanks for the video.

Yesterday I was just pondering about what i would do if i won the florida lottery and i came up with a great plan. I would buy a huge amount of land by the ocean, and live in a travel trailer. I would also have a large boat and camp on that when out to sea. Your videos are so inspiring
That sounds like a great dream! Then you'd have the best of both worlds being able to travel, still be by the water, and even be right on the water. That sounds good to us! 😊
The Green Swamp West Tract is also just down the road. I’ve hiked there as well.
Very nice! We wanted to go hiking and had planned on it but it rained the entire time. It would've been cool to see the lookout tower. We'll have to check it out next year when they have the event again!

Oh my word! I’ve hiked at that park, and I went to a Mountain Men Rendezvous thing there years ago. I did a first hike there back in 2019. The Rendezvous I went to was in 2009. I don’t know if they have that there anymore, though? They also have cabins to rent there at a nice price.
Wow! That's a coincidence. We hadn't heard of the Mountain Men Rendezvous but I'm sure it would be a good place for it there with all the of the hiking. It seemed like a cool park to explore!

Ugh, definitely something to keep in mind! Thankfully this one was as simple as anonymous tickets where we just keep the other side to see if we're a winner. 😅
