Wow! I recently suffered a severe broken leg this past summer. Broke 6 bones in my left foot, and my tibula bone snapped in half. Wore a boot and crutches for 14 weeks, have a rod, a plate, and 15 screws in my left leg. I cannot crack my ankle anymore due to all the medical steel in my leg, I crave for that foot crack. 😫

Here in the Netherlands, I found only ONE chiropractor who used the Gonstead method (an American who lived and worked in Amsterdam), and a) while he did wonders for my lower back he b) never did anything with my feet and knees (that have been troubling me for more than a decade) because "I only work with spines) and c) he retired last january!!! If I had the money, I'd fly over TOMORROW!

I was referred to a good one after a recent car accident, and it's been nothing but great ever since. It's no miracle science, but it is a major help for recovery and preventing future imbalance.
