    I’ve got to say, if there was a UA-cam award for cinematography I think you guys should get it. Everything is always beautifully shot (pun intended) xD and your videos are always interesting and fun to watch. Thanks Jon and everyone at The Gun Shop and long may the videos continue!

    Awesome video. Well done lads. My heart would have been racing. Noticed the LH rifle and got a little giddy. Blaser R8 Pro? Thanks also for the Remembrance Day acknowledgement. 👍

    Greetings from Russia. So glad I've stumbled upon your channel in this age of gun-hating UA-cam. Been watching for a while and slowly became a fan. Thank you for sharing knowledge and honest unbiased opinions. I also have to point out that the production quality of your videos is just exquisite, the work you're doing is definitely not going unnoticed. It's a rare thing to come by these days. I'll be visiting Scotland for the upcoming holidays. Any ideas on must-see hunting (or anything gun-related) opportunities there?

      @@DrBreezeAir there are many websites offering sporting opportunities in Scotland, such as Country Sports Scotland. I have not used them and am not connected to them in any way but I am aware of their online presence. I hope you get something sorted but what you won't get in Scotland is muntjac as they are, in theory anyway, not resident North of the Border.

    Wow you're deer are really vocal in your area. If you use that bleat call here where I hunt in New Jersey. The deer would run away. They're not very vocal here. I was impressed with all that calling that something I actually came in toward you. Good clean shot friend good clean shot

    I don’t know about uk caliber minimums but if there was ever a time for 223 deer hunting I think this would be it

    • @tgsoutdoors
      @tgsoutdoors 3 роки тому

      It is legal to use .223 for muntjac, but a .243 is much more convenient just in case you stumble into any other species

      @@tgsoutdoors that’s an interesting point and not something I’ve ever really dealt with. We don’t tend to be able to hunt multiple big game species at a time here. Great work!

    People should be careful culling does using a call as it mimics the sound of a kid and so mothers with young are likely to reply meaning a higher chance of orphaning.
