14 and 16... wow. Hopefully this cause a catalyst of change for the better for them. So Sad that they were on these paths.
Its really sad that it takes a horrible tragedy to bring all these organizations and people together. How about getting together BEFORE there is a shooting or stabbing. How about utilizing funds to start after-school programs that will interest the kids and get them off the streets, some place that can teach them something that they can go on into adulthood and use to make theirselves a better way in life. I've said all along that there are so many elderly people out there that has an abundance of knowledge and would love to share it with others and not only would it help kids it would help keep the elderly peoples minds flourishing and help ward off Dementia and Alztiemiers. They'd rather pump money into sports where only a few children are being benefited and the others are left out. There are a ton of buildings just sitting empty and going to waste and im sure there is funding somewhere that would help with getting a program going and as far as the people who would be working there I am sure there would be several willing to donate their time, and it would be a great way to help everyone out not just a selected few.

At 14 and 16 they BOTH should be charged as ADULTS; and their parents should be arrested and charged as accessories after the fact. It is time to hold parents responsible for not teaching their children right from wrong.
You are wrong. Parents can teach their children the correct things to do but children will do what they want to do when not in the parents present. Don't forget they are not children once the reach puberty but are young adults. You & i are guilty.

The parents are responsible for not training their kids right, of course I am betting both of these kids do not know who their sperm donor is and the egg donor is not capable of teaching the kids how to even read. Maybe some people need to stop having babies if they can not raise the spawn right.
